Eza, the European Centre for Workers' Questions, is a renowned educational institution that has been empowering trade unions and workers' organizations across Europe since 1985. With its headquarters based in Königswinter/Bonn (DE), Eza has grown to become a leading voice in the labor movement, providing training, research, and advocacy services to its 71 members.

Our mission is to promote social justice by strengthening the capacity of trade unions and workers' organizations through education and training.
