I found Express Solicitors services professional, easy to contact and thorough in their work. It took longer than I had anticipated, but appreciated the outcome. There was a few staff on the case in the beginning, but Tracey Bennett was the man lead on my case. She provided a great service, gave good advice and explanations on matters not fully understood. Overall I would recommend Express Solicitors to others.
My solicitor, Tracey Bennett was incredible. Not only was she professional and efficient, she was also very personable. She made me feel cared about as an individual and not just a case number.
Sadly she has left, bit I am hoping the new Solicitor is as wonderful as she is!
Express Solicitors have been fantastic especially Jamie Grout who was dealing with my case. Professional and hard working. If I did not understand something he explained it to me in a clear way. My case was dealt with Professionally and within a reasonable time. Took my case when others wouldn't because I had delayed claiming. Charlotte, my contact solicitor, was so reassuring and helpful from the start. She made me feel that I mattered and gave me sound advice at every step.
I started this claim in 2017 in January, the First Lady I spoke to told me I had a strong case and her supervisors advised her that my claim would be a really quick one and an easy process start to finish. It s now May 2021 and I wished I never bothered phoning this company. To start with my first solicitor sent me a document that he wanted me to check before he sent it to the courts, my name was spelt wrong, my birthday was completely wrong the grammar and wording was ridiculous as if it had been written in a rush. During the entire process it s been really hard to get through to my solicitor and have a conversation every time I would call I d be told he s not in the office at the moment or he is busy and he would call back, emails would go unanswered for months and when I finally would get an answer or a response it always seemed as if nothing had progressed. During this claim my solicitor was changed due to the original one leaving the company I have not heard the second solicitors voice even though I have called over and over again, I recently came to the end of the claim as I accepted an amount on the first offer as dragging this out any longer just wouldn t be worth any more of the stress. Every time I call I m told I will be called back yet I d never receive a call, I sometimes get through to the solicitors assistant or receptionist and they would try to answer as best they could although the information I am given is wrong. I was told I would have been paid the money into my account 2 weeks ago, I phoned after the week to find out what was going on just to be told the defendant hasn t paid and they weren t sure as to why and James would call me back shortly. Still haven t had a call back and I still have no clue what s happening to have the issues resolved. The sooner I m paid out by this company and I have to no longer try and deal with them the better because I think the process has been stressful and painstakingly long with no answers or communication from their side. I do not recommend this company.
This is the best solicitor company in the UK. They worked well and efficient on my case. They kept in touch and contacted me every time something new came up. Very kind staff. My solicitor was Katie Barnes. Thank you Katie you were the best.

Terrible. Your appointed solicitor doesn t respond to your email messages and god forbid if you miss a phone call (because you re at work and can t pick up) they won t take your call when you try to ring back. You end up talking to someone random who has no idea about your case.There is nothing Express about them. They are painfully slow and don t listen to your concerns. I ve had to chase up responses for weeks on end and my very straightforward case has now dragged on for TWO YEARS.
The emails they do send are usually generic templates without clear explanation and when you call to ask them to explain, guess what: your solicitor is unavailable .
Avoid - there has to be better service out there.
