Chris got my computer back into listening mode by replacing a speaker and cleaning the dust inside. Good and courteous service

Had an issue with a replacement keyboard on a laptop and these guys delivered. Even though he was obviously busy in the backroom when I came to pickup the laptop, he made it a point to speak with me and let me know exactly what was done to fix the issue. Thanks for the help!!! :)

Came here with an estimate from another computer company and they were able to save me 60%. All the details of my project was fully outlined and clearly communicated from beginning to end. Two words, honest and straight-forward. I would highly recommend this establishment for all your electronic needs.

Darn..I should have read this reviews before.I gave my laptop for repair almost 4 weeks ago.They told me it will be easy and only this much money....then they need a lot more money for parts and labor than they agreed to me previously.When I pointed out that that was not the agreed price they called police on me stating I am holding up their business.Also they take only cash.After I returned with cash the person told me I can not check the laptop in the store and he won`t give any guarantee that it works.If I have any problem with that I can file claim with small claims tribunal...Too much hassle and I don`t have time for that.So I ended up not getting my laptop.It is still in their store.He told me he will sell it.Hopefully they will erase data before that.I think that is the plan from the beginning for them..Avoid these people..Save your time and money...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS PLACE FOR REPAIR!!! THIS GUY, CHRIS, RIPPED ME OFF &180 FOR A 320GB HARD DRIVE. ON TOP OF THAT HE CUT THE WIRE TO THE COMPUTER WEBCAM WHILE RE-ASSEMBLING THE COMPUTER. WHEN I PRESS HIM ON IT, HE ACCUSED ME OF DISHONESTY AND THAT I ACTUALLY CUT THE WEBCAM WIRE TO MAKE AN ISSUE WITH HIM....I CAN NOT WRAP MY MIND AROUND HIS ACCUSATION. I TOOK MY COMPUTER AWAY FROM HIM BEFORE ANY FURTHER DAMAGES AND INSTEAD TOOK IT TO 911 COMPUTER REPAIR. 911 COMPUTER REPAIR FIX THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY WITH LITTLE TO NOTHING!!!

I have to be completely honest. I was very worried after seeing some of the one-star reviews here. I trusted Chris to build a powerful gaming PC from the ground up with parts that I provided. He met my expectations at every angle. He provided me with same-day service, and I also received quotes from everyone else who said they would charge me upwards of 200 plus to build the kind of specifications I was needing. He only charged me $150 and I couldn't be happier with the great job he did for me today. I will trust him with my business for a lifetime whenever I need help with anything.
