Great experience with the doctor and staff. In addition to this, they did a follow-up check in call to get an update on my condition.

Find a different clinic if you have blue cross blue shield. I went in around 8:30pm, was the only patient in the waiting area, and was told the insurance is not fully accepted. Was told I would have to pay a flat fee of $135 just to be seen at this clinic with my insurance.

Went there on Sunday 12/5/16 for knee pain. First of all, the assistants were not presentable. Their scrubs looked "weathered" and one of them had dirty finger nails. "I should have left at that point", but due to the fact they had a 4.7 rating over other facilities, I decided to stay and pay a co-pay of $70. One of the assistants took my blood pressure and temperature and put me into a room to wait for the doctor. She came in and informed me she was a "Dr. Practitioner", at the time I didn't know what that meant. She examined me and told me that I needed to get a MRI and she wrote me a prescription for pain. Well, I get to the pharmacy to pick up the medication "Tramadol" and the pharmacist informs me that this medication causes drowsiness. I immediately called them to inform them I needed something that would not make me drowsy due to the fact I have to work. I was told that it doesn't affect everyone in that way but I could get over the counter advil or ibuprofen, which defeats the purpose of having something prescribed. I did take the Tramadol on Sunday and I was nauseated over half the day at work on Monday. At that point I was frustrated. On Tuesday I get a call from Stephanie to see how I was doing, I told her that the medicine made me sick, she told me she will speak with the Dr. about changing my prescription and call me back. Which she never did. I called on Wednesday and was told they could prescribe me tylenol with codeine and nausea medication or I could come in on Thursday to see the Dr. Well, due to the fact the "Practitioner" could not prescribe anything stronger than the tylenol, I would have to pay another $70 to see the "Real Dr." to prescribe anything stronger. I think this is ridiculous because, if that was the case, i would have went somewhere that I could have seen a Dr. to prescribe me the medication I needed. This place is horrible!!!! I will never go back!!!! Too bad I can't give them a Zero!!!!!

Let me add this.... they gave me a MRI referral, and when I called my insurance company to get it approved, they told me that Express Care should have turned in the information, so when I call them they tell me I have to go thru my primary doctor. None of this was explained to me when i went. Very imcompetent!!

Dr. Morales has the best bedside manner. She was empathetic, listened and gave great care. She didn't rush in an out. She took the time to explain the issue.
The office staff from beginning to end gave great customer service and were kind.

Very bad service they always make something small seem to be a big problem told me my son had blood in his urine to rush him to the hospital and only to be told by them he didn't have blood in his urine

Misdiagnosis , RUN , dont get fooled by the good reviews like I did. read all of the bad reviews they cancel out any positive revirws this place got, I remember being told anyone can buy good reviews.

Best medical attention I have received in the past 3 years. The staff actually showed talent and caring. Highly recommend them.

Went for a pre op and I got everything in good order but because the doctor decide to check more depot into my heart , he wants me to go to a cardio for a clearance. This is more deep into my pockets. Not the well being of my health. If everything is good to go ,why now I have another appointment with his other doctors? Never go to this want to be doctors ,or referral to this places ,stick to your real doctors. I didn't understand ,if you knew that the surgery was 2 days away or one week away , why you refer me to a cardio ,if you know the cardiologist is not going to see me asap before the surgery date. I've been waiting for this date and now I have to probably postponed for this . Who knows I might have to wait another 2 more months and stay with the same pain. Thanks doc

My daughter received services right away for an ear ache. The doctor and front office staff was pleasant and attentive to her needs. What a wonderful experience!

The staff was courteous, caring, and took the time to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my experience and I would recommend Express Care to everyone!

My daughter was seen quickly. Both the nurse and the PA were efficient, friendly and professional. They took great care to make sure my child was comfortable and cared for.
