Stay away from this company! Only freelancers are employed who are supposed to work around the clock for dumping wages, without any security.

Payment is made per phone / min or ticket. So many - unpaid - sideline jobs are required that you can hardly get a decent hourly wage. Most of them toil until 10 p.m. and even on weekends for less than 10 EUR / hour.

The team leader Kerstin K. is a human catastrophe. Threats, arbitrary bans and even dismissals without notice are the order of the day. With threats like: "You have to do this or that, otherwise ..." the experts are burned in rows. This of course with the indication that there are enough new people in training who are then available. Appreciation, empathy, harmonious togetherness - obviously all foreign words for this woman.

The technical prerequisites almost exclude economical work. It takes up to 10 minutes to even get into the remote. If I also need 1 minute to open a form and then close it again after processing, I hardly get any numbers. And only those are paid.

If you express yourself critical in the specially set up forums, you will be silenced and punished with poor score ratings. "Talks" are also offered permanently, but other opinions are strictly rejected. If necessary with the comment: "The system is new and still has teething problems". Yes, at whose expense? Time is money and the freelancers can pay for all the client's inadequacies with little income.

Recently, they have also been charging a monthly usage fee for the use of their systems. As a freelancer, of course, you don't get anything for providing your office, computer, headset, etc.

I give one star for correct billing and punctual transfer. However, I can only advise everyone against it !!!! With a normal part-time job you save your nerves and also have more in your wallet. So stay away from this client.

Unfortunately it is not possible to give negative reviews. After not even 4 months, I have to say, one of the worst (job) clients on the internet. As a mother, I have to worry rather than helping my family with my job. The merit, compared to the effort is just terrible. To get to minimum wage / hour (after deduction of taxes, time, investment, costs) - you have to work much more and longer. As a self-employed person you should not like something like that. Dissatisfied colleagues on the whole constellation. Experienced are exchanged for new ones for this pyramid scheme to hold, at the expense of the "self-employed". A client who demands a lot, but gives very little. If there is no work, you sit on the PC without merit. However, if you do not comply with the requirements, you are held accountable ... fie!

As a franchisee of my B2B telemarketing agency (see attachment), I work from an hourly rate of 40.00 or more.

I've been in telemarketing since 2004 and since then no company has ever complained about the activities on my trade license.

Because the entries also include inbound customer support in all professional and technical questions. This is also confirmed by my tax advisor.

As you know, I am currently abroad - understandably I will not fly 8000 km to Germany because of a change in the trade license.

I also think your company is extremely dubious, which is confirmed by the many reviews on the Internet.

A call center agent works where exactly? Right, in a call center. And is accordingly an employee and not self-employed.

How do you think that goes together and do you want me to write that on my trade license? How desperate do you think people are?

If there is already an instruction to enter this activity in the trade license, something stinks extremely huge.

So you don't have to be Einstein, you just have to be able to calculate to know that Expertcloud is exploiting absolute! For i.d. Rule max. 13, - Euro / hour you should work here as a freelancer on your own account. Including own purchase of all work equipment (2nd monitor / headset, etc.) and without cost sharing for internet fees. So personally I don't know any freelancer who can and would work for this hourly wage, because you also have to insure yourself and pay all ancillary wage costs yourself. Quite apart from the entrepreneurial risk ... you have to be very desperate to work for Expertcloud ... or you just can't calculate
The 4-5 star ratings here should be very doubtful and the answers from Expc itself about the payment are a joke. One can probably assume that the actual client pays Expertcloud far more, certainly twice as much, than 13, - Euro / h! To portray it as if there were simply no more hourly wages in it is bold and a lie. Well, that's the only way to make good profits ...

@ Owner: Thanks for your answer. But it doesn't change the fact that the maximum hourly rate you offer (9-13 euros !!) is absolutely inappropriate for every freelancer !? And Expertcloud takes advantage of the bad order situation and the sheer hardship of others. You can talk about it here as you like. And I give up. Thank you.

There are very strange characters working there and a trainer who says her husband is a doctor in every second sentence. This really is the bottom drawer to move around in. In the training sessions, trainers make test calls with fake customers, who then clean down the trained call center agent if he is allowed to listen to insults even though he says he is new. How bad is that please? And e-mails are fetched from a queue and if you get the wrong e-mail there, three managers call you and threaten you with a warning. Absolutely no human interaction, managers bully employees, etc. The leadership consists only of crazy existences that have not achieved too much in life and are probably teased all the time as a child. So folks, if you have a good education, don't do that to yourself, otherwise close your eyes and through. : D: D

I enjoy working for expertcloud, who offer excellent working conditions for every employee and very entertaining to work for. I can only recommend this company both to people who look for a job and to employers who are looking for a company to do their customer service.

A short calculation reveals after a short time with experience in the call center business that the minimum wage per hour can only be achieved if the "good calls" are routed to his work place. Collaboration with colleagues developed as a farmer's rip-off. At some point the termination of the framework contract came in the house. Visibly surprised, I didn't accept them. To be on the safe side, they had been written with an illegible signature without plain text. At some point the range of offers became overwhelming, where I had the feeling that I should function as a slave without a voice. I quit myself. In summary: business idea: excellent, implementation: poor. Failed.
