Expertcare Review

I don't reccommend anyone working at this place. A bunch of fakes, phonies and snitches. One of the worst places I've ever worked at.

ExpertCare is a wonderful company. Such a pleasure to work for. Everyone there is extremely passionate about what they do. Everyone goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job or in need of finding someone to help care for their loved ones.

Enjoy working for this company. They do a great job at matching you with the right consumer and are very flexible with schedules. They take the time to make sure you are happy with your case and explain things thoroughly. Training is very informative.

very unprofessional and get off on their authorities and LIE to make themselves right but it didn't work with me because I had documentation of the truth. They can KICK ROCKS!!!!! DON'T WORK FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working for Expert Care for more than 3 years. They really care about their employees and consumers. All staff at EC are really nice. When I go to office for training or any reason front desk people make me feel welcoming and greet everyone with a big smile. I would recommend anyone for this company.

This company goes above and beyond when trying to locate a CLS/Repsite worker for a family and they keep great communication so every party is aware of the timeline.

My son was a client Of expert Care. One of the employees of expert Care Was still in my some money when I told expert care about it instead of them addressing the issue with their employeeThey turned around and sent Adult Services to my home as if my son was the one stealing when he was having his lunch money took from him daily then when I requested his money be refunded expertcare refuse to refund my son's money then turn around and tell me they can't serve with me anymore and which I thought that was very unprofessional and I don't suggest anyone dealing with expert care if you have a loved one needing care or services me and my son was treated like we were criminals Adult Services even came and looked in my fridgerator when their employee was the one stealing money for lunch from my son I would not recommend Expertcare for anyone

I thoroughly enjoy working with my consumers and making a difference in their lives. ExpertCare does a wonderful job at helping anytime you have a question or concern, they take the time to listen. The offer great training as well.

Me myself, I enjoyed working for ExpertCare Management Services, It has been nine years now and I am planning on staying with the company until I retired. I just wish I did not have to take some of the tests I have to take, other then that I am okay.

Do not do business with these people they are rude and incompetent!

just called and spoke to a person who did not identify herself. poor attitude and got a phone call from someone over here. called them back to see what they needed and the woman said that she did not know why she called and never called back.
