I have interviewed with Expert Recruiters two times. The first time they offered me no interviews even though they told me they were thrilled I was there and how great of a candidate I was. The second time I tried them I went to an interview that I was hesitant about right away, it was not the industry I was hoping for and was also a very long commute for me. They thought I was still a good candidate so I agreed to meet with their client. Their client offered me the position the following day after my interview and I then declined the role due to the commute. It was going to be 1.5 hours both ways with no access to parking. They stopped talking to me immediately, never returned any of my emails regarding any other opportunities. I have worked with recruitment agencies in the past and had much success. I would never use Expert Recruiters again, as a client or a candidate.

Despite their name, this agency isn't an expert at anything. Most certainly not in finding people work. They really don't care about the people that come through their doors wanting employment. People who are willing and able to do just about anything. This is an agency I will never deal with again. Despite the reassurances that if they see something that suits your skill set they'll call you, they don't.

They provided me with a great service and were always helpful and accessible. I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with them.

The communication was professional, but I was not happy with the terms of their service contract and the explanations I received were not satisfactory. I didn't sign up and I would not seek them again.

I've been working with Darica for a few months now. We haven't found the right opportunity just yet but I have found her to be accessible, motivating and supportive through this process. I look forward to updating my review when we do find something, but for now, I can say that I have found this process to be positive and I would recommend Darcia and her team to others.
