You often stand at the checkout for a long time before it is serviced. Complaints and orders take too much time, and they mess it up.

There I go and buy electronic electronics if I want to buy for myself or others around me I know.

Power. Bad service. Does not seem like anyone is present.

If you do not go to the TV / data department, it usually takes a little long before you are contacted by an employee. But once you get in touch, they are nice and have good knowledge.

Did not pick up items that my cohabitant had handed in for repairs, and no willingness to help.

Slightly cluttered, cramped and confusing shop but otherwise a good assortment.

Have stayed here on several occasions and employees have often been more concerned with talking to each other than customers. When I finally got help finding something of what I should have, only the employee went before I had bought the shopping list without saying anything.

Have now been trading in you and bought me a new TV and wall mount to get it on the wall, until this wall mount I was told that I needed extra screws since it was a Samsung tv. I then bought the extra set of screws and came home with them, when I assembled this together did not fit the screws from the wall mount or those I was asked to buy.
Returned to the store to hear if it was such that you would be advised to buy things that did not fit, something I did not mean was right. I was told by the employees that it was just that I should know that Samsung had its own screws.
So recommend anyone who is asked to buy something that will suit, check for yourself if it is right.
And should you buy wall mount for Samsung Q6 75 ", then you need M8 50mm screws.
Not that service says to you.

Not happy with the service. Standed 3 pieces that did not do anything. Asked if I could get help with the prices on TV. Was told that they had nothing to do with the department. I could understand that there, I would know something about the specification of the goods. But here I should only hear about prices and delivery time. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the power

Good service and employees who know their products.

Sour employees asking you to check things online. Was looking for a camera lens and something else small electric. Went, as I did not want to shop there. In Drotningsvik, the service is much better. Thinking that this store will disappear by itself. Drive to Drotningsvik ...... Or do as the employees ask you to .... Go online.

Easy to get a rough overview of the shop as everything is on the same floor and their products are clustered together in the various categories. The store is rather spacious, however, they have fit so many items in here that it feels a bit crammed. But great for a quick visit if you are a regular customer and you know your way around.

Bought a PS4, it turned out that it had been sold before and had the accounts from the old owner, they were not exactly the most helpful .. and came up with a few different excuses when we stopped by to let them know. Got a new cord in the end, but no apology or rejection of the headphones I had to have afterwards.

Nice staff. They were very helpful with tips for looking for a birthday present for a family member.

Makan for lousy service. Promise that if there are problems with washing machine then it should go 1 max 2 days until someone is and look at it when the seller gives us quotes on the security agreement.

But have to wait for 6 business days before they can arrive.
Just cheat on these seller.
Thank you for ruining all the mood between me and my loved ones this Friday for the machine at her job and now everything has to be washed at home.

We have received great service every time we have been here. Always someone who has time and asks if you need help.

Great service, today extra happy in the mobile department. Did not get the name with me, but the man with the beard deserved extra praise for good customer service.

Mostly pleasant and helpful staff who provide good service. As for the Power chain by the way, the price level is at an acceptable level, with some good bargains from time to time. The selection in this store is not impressive, but they have a little within each category. Items that are not in stock can usually be ordered upon request.

Affordable customer service. We stood and waited for almost an hour for dispatch while the only person in the department was busy with a single other customer. Was promised "just a moment" repeatedly when we tried to contact the seller. Also asked if there were others we could turn to, but he answered only "for a moment". Finally, he admitted that we could go to one of the other departments and we finally got help to pick up what was ordered via click and collect. Here you need better training of the sellers ...

Nice shop with eelreite people. Could have been more aware of the product and shown a little more interest to the customers. And not just gone right on sale. Then the customer leaves right away.

Bought a hp pc which I'm excited to try.

Nice staff who take the time to talk about technical specifications for different LCD panels. Standing between Samsung and SONY and size 70-85 inches. But since it is a short time for Black Friday, we are waiting to invest and hope for offers. Has also traded gaming PC with POWER, ASUS ROG laptop as work PC. This pair of 32 inch 4K monitor is excellent for image and video editing.

Contacted the store to advertise a product purchased at a store in Eastern Norway. Got good help and new product within minutes. Good and service minded people both in the service hatch and on the floor

Ask about refilling bags and filters. Get an offer on a package that costs more than twice that of competing companies. The price match for Power is a joke.

Terrible store, untrained personal and with illegal warranty practices. I will never go back.

Here at Power, they have a large selection of electronics and appliances. It should be great value too. Here you will find most of you are looking for brands such as Assus and Apple
