Some thin selection in several product groups.
Easy operation, clean and tidy.

Reserved an item,made my way down only to be told it was out of stock.

Misleading prices. Does not have products advertised on offer at the price it is advertised for.

The shop is perfectly fine. What I don't like is being led through a maze wall of goods first. But they are definitely not alone in this system .. The service is nice I must point out.

Very poor service, was waiting for 60 minutes before getting the seller's attention followed by a seller showing zero interest in selling to me .. then making mistakes like writing delivery date 7 days later than agreed .. so 2 weeks without washing machine .. would you rather go elsewhere to shop for appliances.

For the main focus here is not to see the customer shown ..

Some employees should practice "lifting their eyes" from the cell phone.

Were in and swapped some gaming headsets that were broken after a week's use. They did not have the same set, but then they checked Drotningsvik and held a new couple there for me. Very nice operation

There are practically all the appliances that can be used in one apartment. From the washing machine to the refrigerator to the small blender. Everything in addition to computer products, audio video and much more. The staff is very friendly and helpful with customers

Lousy service. Should have a water filter for a machine. One of the employees did not know what it was and waited almost half an hour without assistance. Just went from there. Never more. Shadow away.

Extremely high pressure on additional sales. Was uncomfortable to hear that the colleague from work had to push extra stuff over himself to several thousand. She seemed uncomfortable with the whole situation, but did not show how to handle it ...
Will possibly return for things I absolutely must have, but no more than this.

The selection is there, and it is probably this that gets you from 1 to 2 stars.

Always gentle and pleasant service. And not least good service !! :-)

It is a very good store for buying the best electrical and electronic products and equipment to suit all customers.
