Horrible experience to say the least! The communication and professionalism that I experienced here was the worse!
One of the agents here placed a property on the market in which I gave them an offer that they accepted. Once we were one week away from closing I found out from the seller s attorney that there was a Lien on the home that the seller had to take care of before selling their home. They couldn t afford it so the deal was dead. This was over a month ago and I still haven t received my earnest money back!! My agent has been reaching out to the seller s agent with no response until today which is 2 weeks later saying, I m sorry I missed your email and I m working on this today and will let you know once the check is ready All I have to say is good things don t happen when you play with people s money!!
I m sure all the agents here aren t as bad as Gus Mendoza when it comes to being more responsive and professional.

DeWayne Jefferson is a horrible agent. He goes in you personal items when he s showing your property. He allows the buyers to roam around by themselves (instead of selling the property) so he can look through your things. We only have cameras in our kitchen and bedroom. So we only saw him in the refrigerator and cabinets, but who knows what else he was going through. Also, we asked him to not allow photos/videos in our home cause we still lived there and we saw people videoing in our home surveillance. He was working with the sellers on the property we were trying to purchase and we lost $1000 refusing to do what we as his client asked him to do. He is very unprofessional and uninformed on his job. He doesn t know how to talk to his client and when I asked him for print outs he didn t know what I was speaking of. I reported him to the company and they acted like they were unhappy with his performance, but he lied and denied it all and they believed him. I have text to prove everything he did
