We had a very pleasant experience with George. He was very patient and went out of the way to assist us throughout the purchase. He accommodated our hectic schedule. In addition, we had to do some work on the property prior to moving in. His office found us a contractor to handle the issue. When we settled in, he was caring enough to come and make sure the contractors work was good. Why 4 and not 5 stars? The day we went to the Premier office to sign paperwork, was one of those hot, humid days. The office AC was not working so it was like a sauna in there, even with fans on.
An old friend was relocating to Long Island, along with her mother, and both were frustrated with their realtor, who didn't "get" them, didn't listen to what they wanted, and subsequently wasn't showing them properties they were interested in. I connected her with Exit Premier, specifically Frankie, who had helped me with selling a home, and not long after they found that right property. Grazie!

Ok... So this review is overdue, but the good things are worth waiting for right? :) A-MAZING, that's what Benny the broker and team were, when selling our house this past winter. We got the offer we were looking for (more actually!!!) and the process was smooth. I won't say it was stress free but that was more my nervousness that something would fall through! Nothing fell through and we couldn't have been happier!

Stay away from unprofessional real estate agent Kim Holland. I was denied entry to an open house because I wouldn't show her my drivers license. Then she says she needs my phone number and has to call it so she can verify it's a real phone number. It's an open house not an airport security check. I came with my wife and 5 year old daughter, and we were treated like criminals. I'm disgusted and appalled by the way my family was treated.
