Dan Bush was absolutely amazing. I was a 1st time home buyer, and being a single mom with not a huge budget. Dan was very easy to work with and treated me like a long time friend. He never let my calls/texts go unanswered and took care of every issue we came across. He was more than patient with me as I can be a bit hard to work with lol. I just wanted to make sure I found the best home for my son and I and not someone just trying to sell me a house. Instead of trying to push my attention away from problem areas, he addressed them with me so i could decide if it was something i could fix on my own or how bad or not so bad the issue was. He was completely honest with me the entire time and even recommended a mortgage company who could work with my income requirements. They too were absolutley amazing ! Hands down I chose the best realtor!

Chris Green and the Joe Petno Team did an amazing job helping me navigate the real estate world and finding me my first house. I came from only renting previously and not knowing anything about the home buying process, except for how the TV shows portray home buying. Chris is very knowledgeable in the buying field and always gave me an up front answer to all of my questions and even went as far to point out certain defects in houses I should take note of and take into consideration. There was no time in which I felt pressured to choose a house and Chris made it known we can look at as many homes as it takes to find the perfect one, which I appreciated. No matter the day of week or time of day, he responded to any text messages or phone calls I had; he is personable and easy to get along with. I was amazed at the speed of him and the team to get my offer in and to closing all within a matter of 3 weeks. She ran back and forth, up late nights, kept us informed, did things behind the scenes. Finally, we closed on our dream home and can't wait to move in. They usually only have a few pics of properties that are active bc they want everyone to call to see the houses. They have some questionable realators that are rude with potential buyers to one that tried to come into our home when placing material on our door bc my daughter didn't close the door all the way. Exit Realty use to be known as a good company to buy and may be in other cities but as far as for the Rutherford county office, my friends, neighbors, and my husband and I are not impressed

Chris Green made buying our first home so easy! Super friendly, very VERY knowledgeable and an awesome realtor! We closed today after putting an offer on a house less than 30 days ago :D
