I would give zero stars if i could. Property manager Lucy Welch is rude, unprofessional, and honestly a down right horrible person. How dare you fail to do an inspection. How dare you have a man and his child living in a home with no heat, no working pipes, mold, and constantly being harrassed for refusing to pay until the FLORIDA LAW IS UPHEALD! Never ever will i reccomend this terrible buisness broke Steve Forbes is also unresponsive so good luck trying to have anythjng delt with.
