My wife s feeding tube needed to be replaced. They told us it would take 2 visits. When we arrived we were informed that the device was on hand and would be replaced that day saving us time and money. The staff was excellent and treated my wife with respect and dignity. Highly recommend this facility.
I had such an amazing experience at St. Joe's. I was transferred there from another hospital and was met with so much kindness and compassion. The staff took their time explaining what was wrong with me. The doctors were quick to take the edge off. Their observation rooms are really nice and comfortable. I felt truly cared for and not as if I was a burden (which is how I felt at the first hospital).
This was the most professional, kind, genuine and sincere service I have ever experienced in a Colorado hospital. The wait was long but the Dr's and nurses were working while we we're waiting. They ran all the tests and kept us informed about everything that was happening. By the time we got to the room, all the test results were back and right after the nurse talked to us the Dr came in. All the staff really listened and talked with sincere kindness and genuine care for people as if they were caring for their own family member. The surrounding hospitals need to take training from your staff. Props to you for a perfect ER experience !!! We will always use this hospital and its services from here on out.
I'd like to give an enormous shout-out to Meghan and Alex, who accompanied me on my first journey at Saint Joseph's. I had a Coronary CAT Scan this morning, and they made what might have been an unsettling and nerve-wracking experience endurable - and actually as pleasant as any such matter can be.
I very much appreciated their matter-of-fact way of talking me through every step - and everything happened EXACTLY as they said it would. I felt more at ease from the very first second and am also grateful for the "door-to-door" service of being accompanied back to the waiting area.
Loved the facility, loved the staff. Staff was helpful, professional, took care of any question or fear. Overall a wonderful experience.
Not ever... the tech wrote a lies on what happen and what was said.. so the other nurses was very ruff on me because of these lies.... Your tech Elena Salas need take some training on patient care..
Then hospital pharmacy closed..could not get my medicine.
Spoke to a lady in ER to find a 24 hour Walgreen..
She said, she spoke to the pharmacist directly at this Walgreen, that was a 24hr..NOT... drove out there... closed
Then had to find one on our own.. had to pay because hospital pharmacy had charged my insurance..
You must reimburse Me!

Excellent care for delivery and postpartum. Physicians, nurses and educators were outstanding! Highly recommended!
My dad called me at 6am told me that his emergency alarm was going on for 15 minutes or so and he had press the nurses button for help and nobody had come , he ask me if I can call the hospital to see if someone can come to his room for this annoying alarm , call the main number and the receptionist was not of any help she said that if my dad can press the nurse button he will get some help and I told her he had done so and no one as show up I ask her if she can call someone from that floor to help him she was just not helpful at all!! Imagine if my dad was in an emergency help !! She just told me to tell my dad to call the hospital so she call tell him how to press the nurse button really!! I Thank all the nurse out there working so hard in this pandemic situation ) but this situation were sift get changed they must have a better system and a better customer service that really want to help.
Recently had surgery and had to spend a night. The facility is amazing, my son was born at St. Joe s 14 years ago in the old building and what a change. The new building and equipment were awesome and appeared cutting-edge, beds were comfortable but the hidden asset were the people. The staff was excellent, caring, I had no complaints. Some areas were staffed lightly due to the current political situation of 2021. That being said I was always able to have any concern or issue I was experiencing addressed.
I am worried with the current mandate they will lose some great employees which will be disappointing. Choice is everything.
I came in for a Biospy and a tumor removal. I was very impressed with their protocol as I moved from one area to another. They were always careful to ask me what I was there for. I was kept comfortable and I love the new blankets with the warm air circulating through them. I met my Surgeon whom I already knew and my anesthesiologist. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I've always liked going there even though I tend to be quite scared of surgery.
