My home was damaged from the hail storm in the north metro last year, and am happy that I went with Executive Remodeling to have my Roof, Siding, Window wraps, and gutters replaced. Aaron and Bruce were great to work with! All the work was done in a very professional and timely manner that turned out Great!

Executive Remodeling did a full bathroom addition to our 1908 house, including adding a foundation and crawlspace. They delivered the project on budget with no surprises. Great communication as far as what to expect each week. Dave Perry our project manager was great, all the subcontractors were great, and were very respectful of coming and going from our house during the pandemic.
We especially liked how they were able to tastefully transition from our old house into a new room. We would definitely use them again.

Executive Remodeling was excellent. Workmanship was very good. We had a new roof and gutters installed after hail damage. They brought selections of colors and styles to our house and helped deal with the insurance company to make the process simple. They finished on time and professionally cleaned up. Called Executive Remodeling (among many other companies) to set up a consultation for a remodel of our tiny kitchen. The person on the phone belittled our budget and basically laughed me off. Other companies have been more than willing to work within our budget. The person on the phone stated that kitchen remodels start at $60,000, so good luck finding someone to do it for less because they certainly wouldn t be the ones doing it . Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

Although Executive Remodeling was above my budget for my basement remodel, I had a good experience working with Larry running through the estimate and getting his thoughts, insight, and details of the potential project. I got a sense that this company has high integrity and would take good care of people should they decide to go with them.

We are in the beginning stages of starting our project and it has been a wonderful experience working with Executive. Mike and Trevor have made our process a pleasant experience. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. They are a dedicated and hard working team.

We definitely enjoyed working with Executive Remodeling. They were always friendly and very responsive. We initially went with them because the gave us a reasonably priced and detailed estimate, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Like any major remodel, there were a few hiccups, but they were more than willing to fix any errors at no cost to us. In the end, we were thrilled with our gorgeous new bathroom and enjoy using it every day!

These guys are fantastic to work with. My experience with Brennan, Larry, & John has been excellent. If you want to work with a solid company chose Executive you wont be disappointed.

Mike helped us with design and remodel our kitchen, He is really good with communicating about the whole process and all the steps along the way. He is reliable and his staffs are always on time and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to see our granite counter top was saved 100% and our kitchen project is finished ahead of schedule, considering some of the cabinet and crown molding have to be reordered. The finished product is close enough to what I was expecting. Mike definitely has our recommendation for your next home project.

Executive Exteriors has done three jobs for me on two separate properties. They have repaired roof damage due to ice damming on a rental property, done garage repair and insulation work on my home property and sided my personal property. The siding and facia work on my personal property was completed in conjunction with my insurance provider. Brad Harmon, my Sales Consultant, worked extremely well with my insurance company to complete all the work in a timely manner. Executive Exteriors exceeded my expectations (for all three projects) in both timeliness and quality of work (excellent contractors).

turning out a beautiful finished product. All of the trades that came

1. This was our first big renovation. We weren't prepared for some of the decisions we needed to make before the project started.
2. Guidelines for what was expected of us before project began wasn't clear, such as selection of: backsplash, lighting , tiles etc.
3. Once project began Executive gave us a clear timeline with weekly updates.
4. Executive Remodeling staff was very courteous and respective as were their contractors.
5. They apprised us of what they were going to do with construction details i.e. - poly barriers, dust, etc.
6. They also had an excellent cleaning crew who did more than we expected.
7. We are extremely satisfied with the kitchen renovation and we will definitely have them involved in our other renovations.

We had a positive experience with Executive Remodeling, from start to finish. They did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen. Our project stayed within our projected budget and finished on time. Any questions or issues along the way were handled quickly and satisfactorily. Every vendor that worked in our home was pleasant and easy to have around, which we thoroughly appreciated. We had a terrific experience with Mike Sowers and Executive Remodeling. Mike was up-front about everything and was on our side 100% as we dealt with an insurer that was difficult to work with.

Mike and co. did our siding, roof and gutters. All was done professionally and on time, even with inclement weather. His crew worked hard for us and even came back on request to take care of several minor things for us.

I will be recommending Executive Remodeling to friends and family and they will definitely have our business again in the future.

We partnered with Executive Remodeling to finish the basement in our 1925 house that had never been finished. The basement was a difficult job due to the intricacies that come with an old house remodel.

The work was completed about one month ago and we were amazed at the finished result. We had Executive add a family room, full bathroom, laundry room, and partially finished storage area and they exceeded every expectation we had and completely transformed the space.

The ownership at Executive Remodeling changed hands right at the beginning of our project, so we were concerned when this happened, but stuck with them. The new and current ownership went above and beyond in discussing any detail or needed change to our project, gave at least one status update per week about the work completed that week and the plan for the following week, and stopped by our house countless times while the project was in progress to ensure that all sub-contractors did a satisfactory job. There were multiple occasions where Executive found a piece of work done by a sub-contractor that didn't fully meet their expectations and they called the sub-contractor back to ensure the work was completed in a satisfactory manner without us having to get involved or even noticing.

As with any remodel, there were a few times when an unexpected cost occurred, but Executive explained the cost to us, the pros and cons of having the work done, and in some cases, even offered to share in the costs when it was a detail that was maybe over-looked or could've been discussed more thoroughly.

I would recommend these guys for any home improvement job you are considering. We didn't know them going into our project and were apprehensive about that, but the team at Executive did a great job of building and earning our trust. We currently are working with them on an another potential front porch addition project. We strongly recommend them and their work ethic is second to none.

Executive Remodeling did a great job redoing our basement. They were responsive, easy to work with, and flexible in dealing with the unexpected things that crop up. I totally recommend them.

Our home had some loose siding on one end and last Spring we had 70 MPH winds come through and rip off a section about 6 feet high that ran most of the side of the house. After getting a few estimates we decided to go with Executive Exteriors. This was partly because my son had used them for some work on his house and he liked them. And partly because Mike didn't pressure me like some others did and didn't hand me as much BS. Perhaps no bs, but I am not a construction guy so how would I know???

We had to wait a little while, but with all the storm damage that was to be expected. They mostly kept us updated and apologized when it turned out we were not informed at one point. Once work started, it progressed fairly smoothly. Because we didn't have house wrap, it wasn't a simple patch job but all the siding on two sides of the house had to be replaced. The workers were professional and polite. And when the work was done the area was cleaned up pretty well. All in all you can expect at least some small problems with ANY construction job or company. What really matters is the response you get to your complaints. Executive Exteriors addressed every concern so that I was satisfied with everything they did.

In my case, about 2 weeks after they finished the work the siding fell off. Well, we had some more strong winds and lost 2 strips of siding in the same location we first had damage. Mike was nice enough to get some guys to come back out and replace the siding for us, and at no cost. Part of the problem may have been that the "seams" of the siding were exposed to the rear of the house which is the direction the wind comes from. This was done so the siding looks better from the street. I asked Mike to put the seams on the street side and since then we have not had a problem. Recommended.

It started out that they were going to be helping us finish up a remodel that we were doing ourselves since we had to be out of town. We were very happy with their input and involvement to take over for us and finish it off. We ran into a snag when my wife and I had to leave earlier than expected. We had to ask them to do more than originally planned and still have it done as soon as possible. Trevor, our project manager, has been great at working with us on getting extra people on the job, staying in contact and keeping us up to date on the progress.
The finished house is better than we planned and far exceeded what we had originally planned. The ideas Trevor had and the execution of those plans were both top notch. His suggestions about changing some flooring and cabinets turned out fantastic and look and will work better than our original plan. He made suggestions, but was in no way pushy about it-the choices were fully ours to make. He took care of a few details that we had overlooked telling him about in the first place, and he especially has been wonderful to work with. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how Executive Exteriors and Remodeling took care of our house. We were, frankly, pretty nervous about having to be gone while most/all of the work was being done. Due to the contact and updates (with pictures, often times) that we had with them, it was not painful at all.
I hate writing reviews where I mark a company all 5 stars and glowing comments, but I have nothing to complain about here. This has really been great with them from start to finish.

We just wrapped up a full bathroom remodel with this team. They worked hard and safely during a health crisis and completed on project on time and within our budget. Communication was great and the team and subs were always very professional. We will hire them again for future projects!

Responsive, realistic, and reliable. Executive Exteriors was great! We me with several contractors and selected Executive Exteriors because of the strong Project Management they offered, as outlined during the initial meeting, which would give us peace of mind. Not only were they responsive every step of the way, but they d go above and beyond even came in right on budget and finished earlier than projected! They took our vision and made it into the modern kitchen we never thought was possible and the process was painless. We were provided a full layout design prior to beginning, which was flawless and on point, all while keeping our budget in mind and keeping to a realistic timeline. Mike is the man he s experienced enough to provide insight and ideas that we didn't even know was possible he even showed me how to do a few hands-on pieces myself. That s just the type of business they run out there. Top of the line.

We are amazed with the outcome and are enjoying the endless compliments we re receiving from our friends and family!

I will preface my review by saying that we had absolutely no complaints or concerns about the ceiling work, sheet rocking, the installation of the laminate flooring and backsplash tile. Here's how it went: In the beginning: After we decided to go with Executive, they emailed the contract for us to review. The copy was illegible in places so we requested a cleaner copy. The one they sent was a bit better, but in retrospect I should've taken that as a sign of what to expect in the way of quality, going forward. We met with the Project Manager the 2nd week in Nov., 2016. We ultimately signed the contract even though we were told that they were very busy and probably wouldn't be able to get started for a couple of weeks. Fine. We understood - it was the holiday season... Synopsis: Dumpster delivered on March 17 - lived in our driveway well into June. Kitchen demolition began on March 20 (more than 4 months from our first meeting). Plastic was not put up to control dust, which they said they would do. Insulation: The wet insulation was removed in November. When the replacement insulation was to be installed, they did not use the insulation that was agreed upon, nor was it complete or installed correctly. Their response was that it was just 'temporary' until the actual insulation could be installed. (This, after a couple of winter months with none?) My husband went and bought the correct product and installed it himself. Sub-flooring installation: Sent a rookie kid who brought his friend (a.k.a. stranger allowed in our house); asked to borrow some tools, ran out of screws, so he nailed the last section. Unacceptable. Painter spray paints the walls (fine) but also over the wainscoting (not fine). Executive's response was 'that's how we do it - we go back and repaint it'. That is not standard procedure in the industry. The paint that was used was a different brand from what was specified on the agreement. (The color was pretty much a match though - we love the color). Following are some of the notes I kept: Note dated 4/12/17 (5 months in): sheet rockers should be here on 4/13 and 4/14 and finish up on 4/17. Goal: job done first part of May. Sheet rockers did a very nice job. Sink cabinet installed off-center from the kitchen window requiring correction. Promised (at least twice) that "materials were being ordered 'tomorrow' and should be ready for installation in a 'couple weeks." (Cabinets, countertop, flooring). Note dated 5/12/17 (6 months in): Countertops will be ordered first part of next week, then will be 2 weeks until installed; checking on the status of the upper cabinets and laminate flooring. Backsplash tile installed on June 13 - beautiful job. The last check was paid on July 12, 2017 for a total of eight months. (Women have created new life in less time!) Executive will tell you that we were 'nitpicking'. I don't know of anyone who would consider our concerns 'nitpicking' (and that term is found in more than one document you will receive from them, including the contract itself). If my husband were not familiar with building / remodeling standards, I shudder to think of the issues that would have gone unnoticed. We were very patient and understanding for the first FOUR MONTHS. It wasn't until our patience had been tried and we began to see their 'work' in action, that we became 'not so nice' anymore. I am quite sure that they were as happy to be done with us as we were with them. Do I love my kitchen? Yes. Yes I do. But if we had not 'nitpicked', I doubt I'd be saying that today. Bottom line, is I would not recommend this company.

Executive Exteriors under promised and over produced for my bathroom project. They did such a good job, stayed in my budget and showed me options that I never even thought about. I would use them again in a minute and I tell everyone that has a project to call Mike and his Team at Executive Exteriors

We hired Executive Remodeling to update our kitchen, and our experience with them, from design to completion, was a positive one. The project was on schedule and within budget, and communication with us was prompt throughout. Karen's design insight was invaluable in matching our goals with the style of the house. Dave and Reed were easy to work with and responsive to our questions and concerns, as well as respectful of pandemic safety precautions. We love our new kitchen!

Executive Remodeling did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen. They were very helpful throughout the entire design process I ended up with exactly what I asked for. They put in white custom cabinets a new hardwood floor and new countertops. They finished on time and were very professional They communicated well throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them. I would use them for future projects.

Trevor Schneider was my "consultant" on a Kitchen/Basement Granite job up in Plymouth. Very happy I choose this team. The entire granite experience was a blast. Got to layout which cuts of granite would go where (wife loved this), pick out new sinks.... I even worked in buying a new kitchen stovetop that his team installed for me. Took care of all my concerns and was easy to get ahold of. Definitely would recommend Trevor and his team as my experience was really good.

They took out a wall, put in stunning French doors, beautiful can lighting, re-routing electrical, HVAC removal, drywall, ceiling texture, reinforced ceiling... Basically changed the entire living space.

No job is too big and they work fast. With GORGEOUS and AFFORDABLE results. Very knowledgeable if you need guidance (cannot emphasize enough) and very accommodating if you already have a plan.

We had Executive Remodeling put on new shingles and gutters in our home. They completed all of the work in a timely manner, and did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure to use Executive Remodeling for our project, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality remodeling company.

We hired Executive Exteriors and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. We had a great experience working with Mike Sowers and all the people on his crew. All of the guys that came to work on our kitchen were friendly and respectful. The people in their office did a great job of keeping us informed about what was going on and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. I hired them to redo the roof om my home and extra out building. Was very knowledgeable on how to deal with the insurance company. They finished the work on both building in just 2 days and it looks fantastic!

We had water damage from a poorly installed roof by Braddock Roofing and chose Executive Exteriors for the outside and inside repair. The contractors they used for the roof did a fantastic job and payed close attention to detail as our roof was not an easy task. The siding crew they (A-Team Siding) did an excellent job and went above and beyond our expectations and really made the job seem like they were working on their own home from a quality perspective. The interior work was done.

Executive Remodeling completed a master bedroom / bath project for my wife and I. Excellent company to work with through all phases of design, construction and follow-up. Would strongly recommend for any home remodeling project.
