Excelsoft Technologies Review

I Visited this company last month For interview as a entry level.
This Company is main office is in Hootagali industrial area Mysore karnataka and they have branches in noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore also.
It's a IT company which provides e learning..
I applied through a website and get call letter to attend online test after this test I got result on next day to attend f2f interview.
Their recruitment process is very easy as compared to other IT firms.
The interviewer asked me about my project, some Sql queries, oops concepts with examples and some scripting language concepts..
He asked very basic questions and after that though I have told 80% answers correctly the hr announced my name and said we are screening other candidates also after that we will call you for further details.
But they didn't call me..
The thing is they give very less salary and bond of 2 years and 5 months which cost you 1 lakh if you break this bond.
They just want guys who can join them without asking about salaries, bonds and willing to do work about 13-14 hrs a day with less pay.
In interview I was just not confirmed about bond so there are some confusion in my mind and it reflects to interviewer.
My parents didn't allow for this bond and when he asked me are you willing to sign this bond?
I answered that I have to ask my parents..
Talking about infrastructure of company it's just like a school you will find greeneries, cafeteria, young kids carrying bags to attend classes.
Basically they give training to candidates.
I asked one senior employee that how about joining this company?
He suggest me not to join if you have any other options.. If u don't have any option u can join but in starting 2 years forget about salary and just work for 14 hrs a day.
So guys this is my experience in this company I hope it will be helpful for somebody.

Well infrastructure and good communication among staff and clients

They have installed Aerobic leaf and biomass waste composter from our design , shamsundar, NIE CREST, Mysore.

Excellent place to work, and yes a good career growth

Great place for Engineering grads to learn Educational software development

Nice place to work, learn, etc.,
Also salary is similar to Bangalore.

Software Company. Good place to work at, Pay is not on par with industry Standards. Very good management. Best place to work for if you're looking for a long term Growth. Into Education Solutions.

Not easy to travel to the location and they dont provide any drop to other location...

Really good to be there as inside premises you never feel to be bored.
