Large venue with some good events. Parking a bit confusing and unclear what entrances to use.
Large venue with some good events. Parking a bit confusing and unclear what entrances to use.
Excel london is used for multiple events like Comiccon vape jam and hundreds of events open or closed to the general public also hosted the armms fare surrounded by hotels restaurants Tesco extra and versus pubs and bars and food and drinks retailers threw the central walkway iv always had a good experience every time iv attended an event
Come here for MCM Comicon twice a year always seem to deal with crowds well and bathroom facilities are clean and plentiful
Wonderful experience all about the comic con costumes arguably the best atmosphere for cosplay in the world
Awesome place to host large scale events. The WiFi security needs to be revisited as it currently asks for your Twitter account!
Amazing venue for exhibitions. Great facilities and restaurants available
Good place if you're going to a convention. It's a huge arena hosting huge conventions, it's simple to get to via tube(the nearest station is 2min from the centre) and it's really enjoyable, especially because you can stay there from early until late and enjoy talks.
Enjoy the ExCel - even though it's a bit of a travel drag if your train comes into one of the main London stations. The choice of on site eateries is good (if they are open) but the restaurants outside are also excellent.
Very large rooms but quite an eerie feel. Did exams there and you can hear planes flying over from london city airport as well as raindrops and birds on the roof
Went there for the UK health show. Great conference centre, spacious and well equipped.
Ideally located on the DLR and with various cafe and restaurants.
I think this place it's good if want to do your show like a fashion show or cars show or any think like that and there are some of the nice shops in there I would advise you to visit
Excellent facility with ample exhibition space. Has prayer room. If they addded an abolution room will be much appreciated
Easily accessible by road or dlr excel is clean and well laid out with plenty of room to move about between events disabled access is good with plenty of ramps inside and out there are lifts outside to get you from street level, the staff were friendly and helpful the toilets were clean and well placed overall a good place to visit for your chosen event
It's massive! Only ever been to the MCN Bike Show. Reasonably easy to find. Loads of parking. Coffee shops everywhere.
It's a big exhibition space that can have one expo or a number under one roof. Bit of a trek on the SALE to get there and food and drinks including soft drinks is more expensive than other place so plan ahead
Really great convention centre, visited the doctor who event here. Really easy to get to of you for into London city airport.
Great place, good facilities and relitavely easy to access. Downside. Expensive food and drinks inside.q
Great facility and event location for the UCAS event on the 25th March //
Including fully appointed meeting rooms, a self-contained conference facility and expansive Event Halls, ideal for large-scale events.
The venue boasts excellent transport links for both national and international visitors with 3 onsite DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations, easy access to London Underground, onsite parking for 3,700 cars and London City Airport just 5-minutes away. The venue is positioned in the heart of London s events district , with great hotels, shops, bars and restaurants all ideally located within close proximity of Canary Wharf, The O2 and the Olympic Park.
Overall great venue for all type of events and conferences. The only down side is that it does not has many food options and the ones that are there are not the best.
Worked there during MCM Comic Con. Great convention centre, but a very long building only going from A to B only.
Only 2 entrances, one from the front which can get very busy or the back which is too far and a long walk to the middle convention section.
Good place to attend courses for hair and close to airport
I really like the place and the area just went for a walk, I took a very good pics of the beautiful London sunset
Only been here for exams! But the venue is really large, toilets were spotless and transport links are generally good also.
Went to the ExCel a few months back for the Marvel exhibition. I found the parking quite difficult to find. It didn t seem to take you to the right location when using Google maps and the signs weren t great. However once in the the parking area was massive with loads of space. I thought it was a little bit cheeky charging a flat rate all day even though we were there for only a few hours. However The exhibition was good as was the venue with plenty of food outlets and lots of choice.
Parking easy.
Long queues on a Saturday in the food court.
Better than the NEC.
Nice enough to visit, but the sheer size of the venue can be daunting to visit.
Went there for the London pet show and had a great time. Lots of food options and bathrooms. Best convention center I've been to.
Great venue for a show and a good location. Easy to get to.
Massive venue for hosting huge trade shows. Plenty of food and drink vendors, toilets were clean and tidy.
Excellent transport links, Al although DLR trains don't seem to run as often as they could at peak times.
Always have had a good time here at most trade shows and expos. Best place in London to network.
Only visited WTM and it is very well organized. More food facilities wood be great, somewhere to sit to grab your bite.
I saw many big tiddie anime girls here at CumaCon, so that was good. However, I wanted to buy one of those weeb swords and found out later it was a Vietnamese sex toy. I want a refund, this is not what I wanted. It's like CumaCon thinks I have a girlfriend or something.
3/5 disgusting but for the B A R E A N I M E B R E A S T
Ok for transport, plenty of space and a decent selection of food stalls. But the toilets are tucked away far from the exhibition hall, down 1 level, loads of stairs, and corridors away. Poor water pressure makes them unpleasant. Some of the headphones don't work, and one or two of the microphones are a bit dodgy.
Its a big place lots conferences and interesting events throughout the year. got a few small shops and coffee shops.
Good conference venue. Food is a little pricey but there s access to chains so at least food is familiar. In the summer good air conditioning. But if a maze between floors.
The ExCel is a well laid out, modern conference centre with good transport links.
Massive but soulless venue good for events that need a lot of space and relatively easy to get to. Super expensive food outlets, pricey on site parking.
Excellent facilities and brilliant links with public transport and hotels galore!
The events that take place here are varied and fantastic. My only issue is that it's not exactly very varied in food choices, and such it can take a while to grab a bite to eat.
Had a great day. Not enough demonstrations with real artistry.
Good centre, but they vary their parking costs depending on the event! I went to comic con, 10 pound parking, went to a tech show, 20 pound parking!!
Went to the Grand Designs exhibition what was well laid out. Easy access from the tube.
Very big and busy but very well organised and so easy to get to on the tube. The guy on the picture built the replica R2D2, very talented
Attended the London Classic Car Show. It was a good show overall. Although prefer the Birmingham NEC Car Show.
Cant find a fault, easy to get to whether you use public or personal transport, plenty of parking as long as you get there early. Very easy to navigate around the venue.
Lots of different food stands, prices are in line with the rest of London. The Costa is probably best value for money as it is just normal prices no inflation.
One thing to make a note of, this place is huge. If you are going for an all day event, wear comfortable shoes.
I came here for discover dogs. The tube goes directly there so it's quite convenient and there's good restaurents inside.
Great for conference and exhibitions. Loads of different places to eat too, although some are over prices.
Attended 1 day of the FIREX international seminar. What a venue, the size of the place can only be appreciated by visiting it. I was very impressed with the organisation and travel to the venue. I came by train from North London and it was exactly as explained in the email that contained my ticket.
Good for exhubitions, but really far away from the city centre. When i went only the DLR was working, so it was a pain for leaving. Massive queues!
Huge high quality expo space for dozens of simultaneous large events. Never seen anything bigger and better!
Clean, efficient and buzzing with activity on most days. No real reason to visit unless coming for a trade event but professionnally run outfit if you are here for an expo or show. Plenty of food options and some shopping for breaks in between trade show activity.
Been here for quite a few events over the past couple of years. Fantastic venue for all kinds of shows. Also extremely clean and super easy to get to.
Attended diamond jubilee event of Agakhan, it's one of the best hall i came across
Great location easy to get to and a great places to network for conventions and businesses.
Good exhibition space and a fair range of food stores on-site. Not much to do/see nearby. It is what it is.
Massive. Food better than other places though don't expect bargains. Slightly annoying toilets are not on same level as conference halls.
Venue and exhibitions let down by poor quality fixtures and fittings. Looks a bit like a school fate.
Great exhibition centre, easily accessible and a large variety of food and drink near by
A big venue , poor directions and no maps . The facilities a clean and a few cafe and restaurants .
Multi-venue exhibition centre with good food and coffee concourse in the centre. Surrounded by hotels and next to London City Airport. Everything you need to show off your wears or go see their gear.
ExCel is an amazing and well organised structure, building designed for events of huge magnitude. ExCel centre has capacity to run more than two events at the same time. Clear, clean place with very strong security. Location is a little bit tricky by car, but nothing that a GPS does not solve. Good transport by using DLR. The down side, I guess same for all of these huge international centers designated for conventions and events is that food prices normally come with a premium price. Be ready to pay a little more. Otherwise, it is an amazing structure, good facilities, good parking space, very organised management and security too. Nice experience.
Good venue for events, good concourse for food and drink, plenty of WCs, well laid out and well signed.
Excel London is an excellent venue location. I as attending the MCM Comic Con and it provided plenty of room for all the stands and guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars to use inside the venue. The venue is easily accessible from the DLR railway.
Brilliant venue clean, very helpfull staff ,
Toilets clean
Excellent facilities prices a bit high but to be expected very good parking plenty of spaces most undercover.
Great venue for events, we visited Excel for Comic Con last year, had a great time, great transport links and friendly staff. Looking forward to coming back for Star Wars Celebration this year
