Under new management, bad, rude, condescending. Cleaning staff nice and courteous. Front desk no customer service. Security is almost non existant. They don't check people coming in anymore, they just get let in. Side building doors constantly propped open, anyone can come in. Basic building repairs and building maintenance needed. Took about a week to fix elevators. Gate repair took about a month. Been without hot water for over a day (not the 1st time or 2nd time this happens). Not even an email sent to residents at least to notify them I'd the issue. No accountability from management. Could go on an in about other issues but will stop now.

Some of the faculties are racists. I ve seen Ching on my visitors list, which is nothing alike my friend s name. When I talk to someone in the office, they said that it s just a mistake. How can someone accidentally spell Marson to Ching?

Very unsafe environment to live in. This place used to be family friendly and professional environment however, now this place has turned into a gathering place for partying and drama. Too many trappers and disrespectful people here. Furthermore, the management changes way too often and they don t seem to care about what s going.

Luxury ran by incompetence. My car was towed, due to lack of knowledge of their own policies by staff, & inability to convey policies to new tenants & guests. As a real estate agent, my client signed a lease here, the worst Temp in history, over promised & under delivered so much, he even cost me my commission. Step it up, Astoria.

Haven't even moved in yet and have had the best experience ever with the team at Astoria. The property is beautiful, great location and elegant finishes, but the helpfulness and professionalism of the associates made me pick this community over all the others I considered.

I have lived here for six months and I have received little to no help from management. I have notified them over 20 times of smoke filling my apartment and hallway from my neighbors and they don t even have the decency to return my emails or calls. They have told me that sorry we can t help but basically good luck! I couldn t access any of the facilities for the first 5 months because no one would update my key fob access until finally a new GM came in. They shut those facilities down for awhile and have given no rent abatement for the inconvenience. Staff has turned over like crazy and now I m starting to understand why. I would never recommend living here.

I do want to say the maintenance staff is amazing and they deserve more credit!

Excellent concierge, beautiful upscale living, easy to access, private, safe & secure, awesome amenities, super quick response to maintenance, and friendly staff!

Ridiculous management that changes every week. A lot of criminal activity happening in this building and it s just not safe. Be aware!

Ain't nothing but a VIP Party! So many pool parties yeah that's great... What in Irvine!? Nice now this is how we do it! It isn't Friday but it should be. Sorry for the gangsta side I am still in Straight outta Compton mode from the movie even though I'm far from a gangster. Gotta love the easy parking and short drive. I can never get use to valet but it's fun. Irvine can be fun! Saying Irvine is boring is like saying the Lakers are a good basketball team and the Warriors are not NBA Champions. It's a lie! Too soon?

The best part about large events is running into so many familiar faces. You know that feeling when you think you are cool because you know people that were me. Haha. My friend that came along might have thought that. I was saying what's up to long time foodie buddies. And sometimes I did the comb the hair maneuver when I would wave and the person didn't recognize me. Just kidding.

Slater's was in the house so tasty. I will one day get in to a Slater's event within 100 miles. Also on my bucket list was El Torito is the taco Tuesday place. I really enjoyed the ice cream sandwiches but I was stuffed way before I realized there were food venders near the pool area. D'oh! Oh wells I got a few swag items and showed my friend a good time. She told me I inspired her sister to be a blogger. So it's all good.

The most horrible, unprofessional, disgusting place to live in Orange County CA. I have been a resident in there about 2 years and this place keep getting worse by the minute.

They have been through 3-4 managers since i have moved, management keeps on changing and every manager throws the responsibility off his/her shoulder as they just started their new role. Front desk lacks customer service and professionalism except for 2 or 3 of them.

This place has FAILED to refund back my deposit from the first apartment i was residing in although it has been 3 months since i have moved out and handed in the keys.

They have FAILED to assign me 2 parking spots with the new apartment that i have moved after almost 4 months of moving into the new apt, and still yet FAILED to be responsible and admit.

They have FAILED to pay for a handicapped ticket where one of their valet staff have parked my car although it was approved by the old manager.

They have FAILED to pay for 2 friends referrals that moved in more than a couple months ago as they advertise for.

They have FAILED to fix the painted defected windows with the new apt that i have moved in as they have promised before moving in.

They have FAILED to communicate and come with a resolution for the above issues

Their old management was a FAILURE, the new one is a FAILURE and i am assuming the new will be since the mother management is the same.

I have been extremely patient and communicative with their management since i have moved in but had enough of their silly poor excuses. I was never once late to pay my rent and has been always courteous and understanding but the fact that they dont care to provide what they have listed as per their resident lease contract or even come through with their empty promises.

Please note that these are only few FAILURES listed towards me as a resident and not towards the community as far as Hygiene, courtesy, security, day to day issues, maintenance and much more.

I just chose not to waste more time and effort on them.

A tremendous building that is extremely well built and suites are huge! Finishings are beautiful and rooms are larger than you will see in competing Leases.
It s obvious that this building was initially constructed for purchased units, and fortunate that it s now available for Tenants.
Jaci was unbelievable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for, and through the tour narrowing down options and selections based on the feedback provided.
A great staff that you should visit, if you are in the market of Leasing.

Placed a stop payment on a refund check. Shady. I will get my money or I will simply contact the Orange County District Attorney's office.

Beautiful and luxurious, from what I can tell. I have never been a resident, only a visitor. It's very secure, you can't just go up to an apartment. The apartments are beautiful and up to date and the outside grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
