Under new management, bad, rude, condescending....

Under new management, bad, rude, condescending. Cleaning staff nice and courteous. Front desk no customer service. Security is almost non existant. They don't check people coming in anymore, they just get let in. Side building doors constantly propped open, anyone can come in. Basic building repairs and building maintenance needed. Took about a week to fix elevators. Gate repair took about a month. Been without hot water for over a day (not the 1st time or 2nd time this happens). Not even an email sent to residents at least to notify them I'd the issue. No accountability from management. Could go on an in about other issues but will stop now.
