Best salon I've been to in my nearly 26 years of existence. Susy was so nice and made the whole experience wonderful. Best haircut I've ever had. The receptionist is very welcoming, and the entire atmosphere and experience is amazing. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back.
I've been going here for five years, never had a bad experience. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating... I can't leave a review for Evoke without mentioning Susy. She gives the best fades in Toronto, hands down.

Great service! Easy to book on line with quick response time to confirm appointment. Yummy coffee and most importantly a great haircut from Susy! I didn't really know what I wanted but she was able to offer suggestions and I left 100% happy!
Susy has been cutting my hair at Evoke for years and she s seen me through some major changes including a fringe/bangs (she offers bang trims between cuts) and a short bob. I ve always come out feeling more confident then I did walking in. The salon is meticulously clean, carries eco friendly haircare products, and booking is always easy. I ve been in to get my haircut during the pandemic, and the experience felt incredibly safe. Highly recommend Susy and evoke salon in general!

After going to three different salons and never got the haircut I expected I decided to go to Evoke. It's been a few years now and every time Susy does a gorgeous cut! Perfect haircut, always tells what she'll do next and asks if I'm OK with that! My last visit was yesterday, the salon is clean and precautions regarding the current situation taken. Thanks!

I've been going to Evoke since 2009 and will never go anywhere else! Suzy is always so great about knowing exactly what my hair needs at any given time, and the space is always clean and welcoming. The staff are great about fitting you in for appointments, following up and giving you recommendations if you need products. Evoke is the best!!!

I've been going to Evoke in Bloor West for a few years now and always have a great experience. Suzy gives a great hair cut, always taking the time to discuss what might work best with your style and features. She also provides easy at home tips to recreate the look - I can never get enough tips.
Recently I had my first colour appointment (ever) with Giovanni and I couldn't have been happier. After a few tweaks I got the hair colour I was envisioning, even if I couldn't articulate it. I love it, it's fabulous, Gio was fabulous and...popcorn!
Evoke is the dream team of stylists, colourists, and front-desk staff. Real people, no facades, good listeners, skilled, and passionate about their work. Highly recommend!! My family and I recently moved from Toronto to 100 km away, and we still come back to Evoke for our hair cuts and highlights!!

Jon DiMauro is a Master Stylist, he is an excellent listener and will give you a style that works for your personality and life. He has delivered a variety of precision haircuts to me over the past 17 years. It's remarkable that every hair falls into place no matter what the style, I am always confident I have "good hair" days
My favourite salon. No other can compare for me. I always feel welcome and have not once been disappointed by my colour or cut (every stylist has been great). Gio is the best and such a warm person. Love it here. :)

i love evoke - helen is amazing! i always love my hair after leaving the shop. i loved it pre covid and even now they have done such a great job making me feel safe. i needed a bit of self care after this long. feeling fresh....now where am i going with my cute hair! lol. great job evoke.
Received a terrible service here today.
When I arrived for my pre-booked appointment and called them, I had to wait 10 minutes outside only to have the receptionist say that they ve booked 2 people for the same time slot. Since the other person was already in the chair (I was on time), I was told that I will not get my appointment. The receptionist said it s the computer s fault but they could take me 6 hours later on the same day.
I booked my appointment online and was on time. It was nice to find out that they don t monitor their online bookings to make sure that everything is ok. I received both email and text messages to confirm everything from my end. They didn t call me in advance to cancel or reschedule the appointment and they didn t try to accommodate me since the whole situation was not my fault coming again the same day isn t helpful. It takes me 40 mins on TTC to get there and I spent all this time on commute because I liked my hairdresser. It is very disrespectful of others time to just turn people to the door and assume they have a whole day to spend on getting a haircut.
Sorry to say that I won t be coming back there and will have to find somebody else. I hope they will at least start checking their online bookings.
UPDATE: I went back to the salon some time ago and am very happy that I did. The owner and Helen, my hairstylist, got back to me very quickly, and Helen even offered to book the next appointment for me. As promised, they didn t charge me for the haircut and gave me a free product of my choice as well (which was an extremely nice gesture!). The haircut was, as always, amazing, Helen really is the best! I very much appreciate how they responded to the confusion with the booking, it speaks much louder for the salon and people who work here than the confusion itself. I will definitely keep going there and highly recommend!
The worst Salon ever!!! They burned my hair! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I have been to their other locations, but this was a disastrous, horrible experience!!!

I had my hair blow dried today with Jon, the owner of Evoke salon. He is probably one of the most down to earth and hilarious individuals I have ever met! He was very informative and provided me with a lovely blow out. The other stylists seem very friendly and I love the fact that they offer a wide variety of drinks, chocolates and popcorn, such a nice touch.
Honestly, Evoke salon is pure good vibes, ALWAYS! Not only are you sure to leave with a fresh new hair style/colour, and the staff feel like fam, but you also can have your own water, coffee/cappuccino/tea, and/or popcorn. Highly recommend.
This yoga studio renovated to be a hair salon maintains a comfortable calf feeling. Popcorn and water were offered to guests in a stylish way. I was treated to a full consultation and explanation of the direction my hair styling would take and I left feeling happy, relaxed, stylish and will definitely be re-booking.
