I trust Evertek totally because they have always helped me with my internet and find solutions as soon as they can.

Worst service of any type I've ever had! Frequent random outags, at one point weekly with hours spent on the phone to fix. I pay for 10 Mb and normally get .5 to 2.5 Mb making streaming almost impossible. You'll definitely be paying for something you're not getting across the board and they're in no hurry to make it right.

Customer support and service was always pleasant to deal with when there was a problem. Being out in the country the connection was much better than using dial up, however it was consistently spotty and I only had 3 Mbps download which caused issues streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime or HBO Now if there was any other device connected in the house. Cancelled my service and switched to Hughesnet.

Terrible service for way too much money. They owed my grandmother a $60 refund and talked her into paying for an email account for one year at $60. Absolutely took advantage of her, I won't stoop to name calling but would you really want to do business with someone like this?

If I could give a negative five stars I would. Nothing but problems.

Great customer service, friendly and fast.have been streaming tv,sling Hulu etc.and haven't had any major buffering issues very happy with evertek.

Costs about $15 more than my previous internet provider but they had lower mp options, but I have not had connection issues with evertek like I did my previous provider. so overall I am very pleased.

All the time no internet, call and they tell me that they're not seeing anything wrong. But then it will almost always come back on when I am on the phone with them. When it's working it is good.

When it s working, it works really well. But it goes out almost every night for several hours. Sometimes it ll go out for days at a time. It s so frustrating. If you need reliable internet for school or work, this is NOT the company for you. It has gone out in the middle of online tests several times, and is extremely frustrating. You can call and they ll fix it, but it happens again the next day.

It is literally the worst possible service provider, pay for the most expensive service and buy a company router just to cut out 10 or more times a day
