At first I had trouble with one of lots that I bought from Evertek but gentlemen by the name of Frank helped me with all my issues and resolved in timely manner. It was one of the best customer service experience I ever had. Thanks for all your help.

Prompt, reasonable, TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! Everytime I needed my kids' laptops or phones fixed for cracked screens, black screens or screens jumping, they were fixed in no time at a decent price. My desktop had to be reset and it worked great after that. Just recently took in a 55 in flat-screen, which I wasn't sure could be fixed, but it is. It's hard to find someone or business that's trustworthy, but I have never had a problem. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible signage with one sign pointing to another door which indicates that store is closed and to go back to the main entrance. Once inside the main entrance, staff was lackadaisical and offered real no help. you're better off ordering on Amazon than having to deal with the absence of customer service

Very bad customer service
A few days ago I made an online purchase and the product has not arrived, they ask me for more money for the tariffs and since they have scammed me, the seller does not respond to me and I am already distrustful
I do not recommend it

do not do business with these guys. they selling B.S product.
i bought 2 laptops one used but working condition other brand new. either one worked and i had to send it back to get my refund i spent over $500 for these laptops. after i returned my laptops which i bought from them, I didn't get any response to my email for status of my refund no one called me, and no one gave me straight answers. so they had my laptops that i paid for and my money. these guys are ripoffs if don't want to lose your money go somewhere else and shop... avoid shopping from these people.

This company is one of the worst company I ve ever had to work for they have very poor management ship treat their employees very poorly and They are very unprofessional and untrustworthy They sell junk.
