Matzinger Eversdijk handled the transfer of the deed for the house I bought. They were very kind and helpful throughout the process. They also have no hidden costs come up as a surprise. Overall great service.

For us buying and selling a house was a 'life event', but it feels like you are a number for Matzinger. The communication was impersonal and reactive, we had to ring the bell behind the door and the invoice had made a serious mistake, for which we hardly apologized while we were awake. We waited twenty minutes for the appointment itself, while I think there were no other clients. Notary and employees were friendly and we got a nice bottle of wine. And another bottle of liquor, afterwards we saw that it was not intended for us but for the sellers ....

For passing our house we have used the services of Matsinger Eversdijk. Not too formal, but certainly not too amicable. Just neat and correct. Great advice for questions. In short, a must.

No address to do anything with. I have requested information about a will to be made. Initially, the information was alert and competent. I had additional questions and I was asked to contact by phone. I confirmed this and afterwards I contacted several times, but no calls were returned. The expectations of the first experiences have therefore absolutely not been fulfilled.

After this review, there was contact and that led to a satisfactory answer. One more star, but no more, because failure to keep promises was too annoying.

Requested a quotation for the set-up of legal documentation. The answer was not personalized, direct and rude: "we don't have time and wish you all the best".

Further to the feedback given by e-mail I received a phone call and e-mail that it was not their intention to be rude. I need to say that their follow up is nice but the feeling of their first response remains. First impression makes it.

We had this notary for buying our new house. During the signature we needed to put them in stand-by to call the bank and feed our baby in their office. They have been gentle all along this process and charged a little extra. Professionally they delivered a complete job.

We came back three years later. They haven't been friendly anymore. They changed the time of the meeting and suggested we could not discuss it with this sentence: "you better come on time". Also the notary asked me to wear a mouth mask, while he was sneezing without mask. Everything was dealt with a certain hurry. Pity, it seems they have changed in the past few years.

On 1 Nov I asked for a quote for a quick and easy notary job -- maybe 1 hour's worth of work, if that much. I was told that the first available appointment would be 15 January (2.5 months away) and the charge would 475e (translation not included)! Looks like I'm in the wrong business. :)

As a result of this review, I was contacted several times by telephone from Matzinger Eversdijk.
I was unable to record. Finally received a neat e-mail with apologies and explanation (overwhelmingly busy).
It is a pity how it went, but apologies accepted for me.

Contact form completed on the website. We would like help with making good agreements with our HOA and recording those agreements in a new division deed to be drawn up.
"We will contact you the same day" is not a true promise. That was not the day after, but the next morning, just before 9 o'clock in the morning. This was a short conversation, in which the second sentence from the mouth of the notary included the word 'google'.
As if we don't know how the internet works and what you can find on it. In addition, it was noted that the conversation had to be completed, because the notary had a call appointment at 9:00! Who now calls who at 8.57? Unfortunately, a disappointing meeting.
