Evergreen Lawn and Pest Control Landscaping Review

Tech does a great job and is very polite. I m not sure about the outcome of lawn yet it s only the 2nd treatment I hope to see changes soon.

I have been with Evergreen Lawn for about 8 years now. I am very happy with their service. Calls are answered promptly and service rep comes out quickly to address problems. Their servicemen are always so knowledgeable and willing to educate me on how to care for my lawn better. All my lawn issues are always addressed and they are always back to check my lawn progress. . I would recommend this company to anyone who s looking for lawn care.

Zach has been my assigned servicing technician for quite sometime. His work ethic is exemplary. He represents his company in a highly professional manner. Upon each visit he's eager to tell me exactly what he going to do and If I have any questions or concerns. I have not seen this type of customer with other lawn service companies and this why I stay with Evergreen Ornamental and Lawn.

Evergreen has done to our lawn what they promised and more! It looks the best it ever has. Evergreen was my third lawn treatment company and is light years ahead of the competition. It has been so refreshing to get great service. I highly recommend Evergreen!

I have the most courteous technician named Albert H. He makes sure I understand whats going on with my lawn each visit. PEOPLE BEWARE!! I've been an Evergreen customer for 5 years and never had a problem with them till now. On July, 28th 2015, I had an Early summer care done by a new tech of the company. After he left a week or two later I noticed my lawn was dying. I called them up they sent out a supervisor by the name of Jake. Jake said he would be coming each week to spray my lawn with superthrive. I asked him what was wrong and he said he wasn't sure yet. On 8/24/2015, Jake came back lawn was worse and I asked what was wrong and he said it was an over kill of weed killer. He was going to be coming back each week to encourage new growth which he did and also put it in writing. On 9/10/2015, he came back and he said he did not think it was going to come back and he was going to give me a letter from the company which I have been asking for. Jake said it would have to be replaced but not to spring of 2016 because it's to late right now. In December he said he will be spraying every 2-3 weeks because it's winter. Also, he told me on Jan 12th 2016 after he came off of vacation he would have a letter for me from Jim the owner stating that they would replace my lawn in the spring of 2016. On Jan 13 2016 Jake came with a person by the name of Rob. Jake would not look me in the face Rob said there would be no letter, no replacement and we will no longer service you. After killing my lawn months of promises for a letter and a DEAD lawn they walked out the door on me! Jake said don't let anyone know what happen to this lawn or you won't be happy from the outcome of the company! Well let's see here I contacted news channels already, BBB and doing reviews on all the sites to warn people of these animals!!! Also, Jake told us he carries a gun (which he is not suppose to tell anyone as the cops said it's against policy) so just warning you ALL out there as well!! Please think twice before using this company. This is not a company that I would ever recommend to anyone. I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

After a summer of rain, rain, and more rain, our lawn wasn't looking its best. Our lawn was yellowing earlier than the normal dormant season and with the cooler temperatures setting in, we noticed fungus in the St Augustine turf in the front yard and the Empire Zoysia in the back yard. My call to Evergreen resulted in the general manager, Michael, calling back to ask if he could come by to assess our yard. His immediate response gave me great confidence in Evergreen. Two days later, Rick, a regional manager, came by to treat our yard with an autumn weed and feed application, a liquid iron application, and Rick spot treated some sedge that he noticed. Evergreen's commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction will keep me a happy and loyal Evergreen customer. Thanks, Michael and Rick.

Whenever you call their office you have the most courteous people answering the phone with a very calm and soothing voice that translates into getting reassurance that whatever issues you may have will have a resolving ending Their technicians on the street are very knowledgeable, respectful resourceful and always willing to lend themselves without reproach or negative attitude towards a question or situation you may have I have the utmost respect for their management as well I have recommended their services to quite a few of my neighbors who have indeed signed up for their services and are very satisfied with their offers and services Again i want to thank you for being and representing all the best a company can offer their customers

We have had Evergreen treat our yard for weeds and fertilize for the past three years. We ve enjoyed the best customer service we could ask for whenever we have a question or concern. Every service technician from Evergreen that has serviced our yard and the receptionists on the phone have treated us with much professionalism.
Our service technician, Tito, treats us so kindly every time we visit with him both on the phone and in person. He handles each and every concern about our yard with great respect. I feel like he treats our yard as if it were his own. Tito always leaves us messages on his work invoice that helps us manage our yard and make it look the best. He handles all of our service visits by keeping a close eye on problems that could occur and always tries his best to make the customer feel content by providing advice.

We have been a customer in Longwood, Florida for many years. Evergreen is proactive in treating all kinds of lawn/bush insects, fungus and weeds! They spot treat weeds, plus apply treatments to discourage aphids and such on shrubbery. We appreciate all that our current technician, Ryan is doing for our landscaping! It is especially nice of him to leave comments and suggestions about what is needed to continue to maintain the yard. We often receive comments from the neighbors who admire our lush front lawn. Joe came to take care of my regular pest control treatment and I told him I have been seeing sugar ants in my kitchen and bath. He taught me about how pests, and ants in particular, feed, move, and how the traps work. I learned so much and felt like I was in such great hands. It's clear that Joe really knows his stuff and enjoys his work. I even decided to move my service to every 60 days instead of 90. Thanks a million, Joe!
