It is worth visiting this unique environment, usually you usually see some aligator in the water as well as beautiful birds
Beautiful experience, unforgettable. I used an airboat to take a couple of hours. What I remember with more pleasure is that you seem to be in the meadow and as soon as you step on these shrubs (I do not know what they are called) open the sides of the boat and you realize you're on the water. It is easy to see alligators and turtles. In short, it is worth making an excursion with these "flying boats"
.
Beautiful experience that locals like myself sometimes forget to take in. If you're anywhere in South Florida it is usually not to far. It's easy, pretty much just head west to get a little sample of old Florida as it once was.
Had a really good time here and I was even able to get on a boat ride through the swamp. I saw plenty of Alligator . At the workshop where you can buy food and souvenirs i was able to taste Alligator as well. I watched an alligator wrestling show and got to even hold some gators . Had a fun time.

Great place to see a wide variety of wildlife and vegetation
Very good experience, it changes the scenery, we saw 4 caimans in the nature of the Everglades. Air boat on top with great English-speaking guide.
Absolutely not worth the time and money, at least not now (Nov 1st, 2017). Most of the walkways and all observation towers are closed due to hurricane damage. Flamingo is completely shut down. No boat tours available. The water is too high. We saw exactly one alligator, a few birds and many moskitoes. If the rangers at the visitor centre had pointed that out (which they didn't), we would have saved the 25$ entrance fee and the lost day. Very disappointing! Also, 6 weeks after Irma we did not see any maintenance crew. There doesn't seem to be any rebuilding going on. Only "Closed" signs... Not sure what we paid for. It wasn't for the value we got. The park should lower the entrance fee as long as most of the facilities are closed.
I have no problem with giving a donation for hurricane repairs, but then it should be marked as such. BTW, the Bahia Honda park at the Keys halved its entry fees due to unavailability of some facilities...
This is like no other place on earth. The national park boat tour in Everglades City is a must do. The tram tour in Shark Valley is also very nice. Go here and learn a little bit on your next vacation.
I enjoyed it very much. Everybody has to visit this park. Very impressive. Wild nature. I love it
The Everglades are just sooooo amazing and breathtaking. Mother nature can be so wonderful. You can see soo many animals and plantes while walking or kayaking through the everglades. You can learn so much about it ifyoutake a tour. As longasyou stay on the walking trail it s prettysave and you can enjoy everything!
The Everglades National Park, A nice experience, road to the Everglades on the side of the road you can see some crocodiles and birds,
The subtropical natural park, has rare and endangered species.
You can do various activities, camping, boating, hiking and even visit a former missile base in the center of the park. Etc.
It has been designated a World Heritage Site. The only constructions in the interior of the park are the visitor centers and a few auxiliary buildings.

wow this really helped me with my test..THANKS POSTER!
Amazing place to go with lots of cool wildlife and really fun activities
This is a must see if you are staying anywhere in south Florida. You will be able to see alligators in a more up close and personal way than every before.
Nature? Check. Native plants? Yes. Scenic views? Absolutely. Carnestown? The corner of Nowhere and Noplace.
Drive to. Look at. Alligators everywhere. brilliant
Went there for new year, had fun saw many allegators, first time for 7 years I go to Florida saw panter and something resemble limur or small and bunch of snakes hanging from the tree looked like tree branches upside down and a lot of birds and turtle. My 3 years old was the first one who encountered these creatures first. From intended 5 nights in Forest stay only 2 since it felt as crowed city with all these animals and my 3 years old run after all of them to take pictures.
I did not expect to be so close to the local flora and fauna. It is beautiful and exotic, species of sublime birds, turtles! Do not be afraid of alligators, which will be two meters from your feet depending on the location. But staying on the beaten track everything is fine, they are used to seeing us pass. Holy experience!
A must during a visit to Miami, I highly recommend.
Soon as we arrive we headed for the speed ride.. which was awesome.. did not spot any crocodiles., walk around the park was also good and than spotted the crocodile walking around.... and learned about how the Red Indians used to make soup out of these creatures... Crocodile show was awesome... and we got to hold baby crocodiles..Trip was worth while..
The alligators are very poorly trained they would not not respond to verbal commands and when I offered them food they would not let go of my arm. They wouldn't even let my 2-year old son ride them without tearing his arms out of their sockets. Terrible park, would not recommend.
The Evelgrades Natural Park is a place to visit if you go to Florida.
It is an excursion through the native nature, where you can easily see impressive crocodiles. The hydrofoil is an adventure.
I definitely recommend the experience.
Can't wait to go back. ... Excellent Billy swamp Safari park. ... essential bison so bison steak and crocodile therefore fried crocodile. ..the restaurant is SUPER !!
Pistoled a few gators was awesome but tour guide lost eye and leg swiming when a gator chomped him its was awesome
Amazing! We saw soooo much! Would highly recommend!
It is certainly a unique park of its kind. Unforgettable the airboat excursion, a boat driven by a large propeller in the air (deafening) that allows you to travel in these huge "prairies" that are actually a swamp, with crocodiles, trees that grow in water and many many mosquitoes !! !!!
The wetlands have nice places full of wild life and overflowing nature.
Incredibly beautiful place with tons of biodiversity. I explored part of the park via a guided boat tour, the water was very shallow and calm, which is good for people that struggle with motion sickness. Can't wait to go back!!!
Incredibly beautiful and incredibly large nature reserve. There are many animals to observe up close: birds, alligators, pythons and many more.
The everglades are not for everyone. If you're not into heat, lowlands, or mosquitos, you probably shouldn't visit, but if you're into vast, beautiful landscapes, wildlife, conservation, biking, it is. Visit the only ecosystem like this on this side of the globe!
Many alligators came up to us on tours and we had to keep calm they were about 5-6inches long really fantastic tours!
Exciting water ride especially when one knows the dangers of waiting underwater :-). After driving the taste the food is better than before.
Very nice park. A boat tour and some crocodiles sighted.

It's amazing how Indians survived in the swamp. Beautiful and deadly at the same time.
The place is worth a visit! I recommend taking a guide with a small hovercraft. It's wild, you will see a lot of animals or very few, depending on your luck!
Made it ! This was for the Gulf Coast portion of the Everglades in Everglades City. Everglade City itself is a community built on stilts. Rather poor and run-down City although it is the stone crab Capitol of the world.
Great holiday experience. Saw y pet manatees, nice places to ride bikes, many other activities to explore.
Great thing to enjoy nature for one or more days ...
I liked the ride on the airboat, the scenery, although we didn't see many animals.
Slowly but surely checking things off my bucket list. Thoroughly enjoyed the area. Captain Sara on the airboat was the best, will definitely do all this again if the Lord will allow me. Thank you all so much.
