Went to a couple hockey games here. It's a decent venue with good prices.

It was a fabulous day & the workers were extremely fun and kind.

We are seasson ticket holders for the Silvertips games. We like all the food establishments, but it's disappointing that they close them all down right after the second intermission. They should at least stay open through the first half of the 3rd period.

I always go see the Silvertips play. It's fun and noisy, and different games have themes. Like "Local heroes," "Pink the rink," act. Food and drink isn't cheap, but no more so than every other sporting event.

I went to see the USA and Latvia play two FedCup matches. The staff did not start setting up the security area until 6 and that's when the doors should have opened. There were hundreds of us standing in the rain, some disabled people as well watching the staff do something that should have been done 30 minutes before so the doors could be open at 6. Once I got in the arena the area was clean, ample varieties of food and drink and you could watch the matches and have a great view from anywhere in the place. They need to get their act together on the front end of the operation, if they did that they would have received 5 stars.

Sponsored by the largest internet provider and no wifi? Typical arena/stadium, greatly inflated prices, absolutely absurd fees on ticket prices. Just looked at some the other day and $25 tickets balooned to $40 each after arena gouging.

Reasonably priced food and drinks. I like this place. GO TIPS!

Great venue for hockey and events. There isn't a bad seat in the arena.

Had Great seats for Hockey game the Silver Tips won that night had 5 goals !!

Love this venue. Just the right size. Saw Cirque du Soleil "Crystal" on ice. Awesome!! Must see performance. Parking is everywhere outside of venue or park in nearby garage for $10. Food inside of venue is average. Great place to take your family. Enjoy!

World class Jr A hockey arena, great for concerts and shows. Home of the Everett Silvertips of the WHL.

Angel of the winds still looks new inside. Nice hockey rink. We went for preseason hockey. Very clean.

Easy access, efficient entry. Wheelchair accessible. Seats w/ good visibility. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Not very many food options.

This place is a blast to skate at. I went with four people on a busy day, and one person on a perfect day, and both times it was fun. I still haven't seen a Hockey game there, but I've heard they are wild, crazy, and exciting to watch!

Extremely kind & caring Staff Members! They took care my needs when I visited this arena while giving my 3 year old grandson a fun day watching Paw Patrol Live.

Open skate on Monday. Very quiet. It was good because I'm not a good skater.

Went here for crystal cirque show was awesome but the seats are small even for little ppl. Had to be seated on an alternate place which the will call was awesome with. Husband is handicapped although not in a wheelchair so we get regular tix but here will need seats that have no side as they were so tight was rubbing on my colostomy bag

Was awesome place to have or witness an awesome wedding

Staff was patient and pleasant with the kids for seseme street live. They were organized and things went smoothly.

Not good. Most men's restrooms are closed. Not good seats to watch the concert. Can't stand as it's hard for people to see.

Had been here for a music concert, easy to find free parking on the street and good restaurants nearby.

Even tho it was a graduation .... Nobody got patted down ... No metal detectors ....

Went to my sister's graduation here. Parking is the worst part. But once you find a spot it's not so bad.

I waited at the box office for the first time for tickets and was super impressed with their staff. I arrived 40 minutes before tickets for Cher went on sale and there were already four people ahead of me. The arena printed out a really handy map in advance that showed how.much the tickets were in each section. I have wanted to see Cher FOREVER, especially the past two years for my cancer-versary but flying to vegas was just too much money. So I went to the box office hoping to get a front row ticket. About 10mins before they went on sale online, they opened up 5 windows to start helping those of us in line. I got.the third one and said I wanted front row and sure enough I got one! The staff member was super sweet and quick in processing the order. Will definitely come back in the future if another artist who I love is in town.

Great place! Brought my dad to see the ice races! We received ADA seating without even asking and I think it was because the lady in the ticket booth saw my dad as he struggled to get up the steps! Thanks to your staff for helping us enjoy the races!!

Went to hockey game at Xfinity arena.
It was awesome. First time there I sat in the upper seats. The view not bad and for being a bit over weight the seats were comfortable. I heard that Xfinity's contract expired, so maybe a name change for the arena soon?

This is a comfortable arena with great staff. I've enjoyed every event I've been to from silvertips games to Disney on Ice.

Great place for a hockey game parking is $5 and close by, a way better deal than the arenas in downtown. The food is surprisingly well priced (for a stadium) and the crowd was friendly. Great place I will be coming again

Worst venue ever. Got in one line to be told to get into another. Stood in that line to get half way thru and get told to move again. Decided to stay. There weren't any ropes to rope off lines so people on the street just cut in line. Will never come back here again!!

Well....We have bought tickets 3 times now for our grand baby and her parents to attend events at the Comcast and every time we buy VIP so we pay premium!! The last time we attended the sesame street event my son in laws car was stolen right outside the arena. This time our 4th event we ordered VIP tickets on line like we always do and for whatever reason it took the baby's ticket off. So we had tickets for mom and dad and not baby. I called the box office to get help and let me tell you it is an hour and a half of my life I can't get back!! They were rude wanted to talk over you not listen to what the issue was with the website uncooperative in assisting me wanted me to pay all the service fees I just paid over again for the baby's ticket. Then told me I could call the box office manager and request my service fees back but oh he never does give them back according to the sales rep I first talked to and the manager that I asked for Katie Burnet. I told her we sat and did the ticket 2 more times and the website did it again and again! After this event we will be going to all our events in Seattle!!! Oh asked Katie how she felt about the customer service she provided she seemed to be o.k. with it she just kept repeating over and over would you like me to purchase that ticket for you to avoid answering the question? Just think the GM of sales might want to sit in on some calls provide your sales team with customer service training cause they don't have an ounce of it! Oh and GM or even sales manager if you had your email address on the website I never would of posted this on the web I would of contacted you instead. Sorry had to post this it is a holiday weekend your team said you all are not working Monday posting on the web for everyone to read isn't my style but I think the folks attending your events should know that ticket sales dept is crooked as all get out and take your chances with parking your car outside Comcast! Customer service is huge one person reaches 10 and 10 reach a 100 and so on you might want to think about it without customers or even less customers where is your job security?? Sincerely one of your X-customers....

Went to a quilt show . My sister Debbie Landry volunteer there and then took us to see all the beautiful quilts on show .It was fabulous. JOINED MY sister's quilt guild. Everett quilt guild.

It was my first time and I enjoyed the Big Top Gun Show in the main ballroom.

Great hockey experience. The fans are rowdy and fun, and really contribute to the atmosphere here.The best thing about this arena though, is that they have local beers on tap! This is so rare in a an arena, and a real treat.

Good experience, but parking is way overpriced and scarce. One exit sucks, too.

It's a great little local arena. We've seen several events there. Food's always too pricey (but that seems to be consistent with every arena ever made).

I had my own high school graduation here as well as my little brother's recently. Bring an Advil, because parking and getting out of the building (I mean walking through the doors) are going to be a nightmare.

Could be more cozy and comfortable. Otherwise it's good!

Great fast service...and seasoned to perfection! My preference is ordering online so there is no wait.

Big group of 12 for the Harlem Globe Trotters here. Adults and kids all had great time! Good venue, leg room on seats, easier than getting to Seattle, and found off street parking with ease 20 minutes before the event. The sound system was really muffled and many times couldn't even piece together what was being said our only complaint. We opted for eating at Olive Garden by Everett Mall not having a good Everett dinning experiance as of yet. For families this arena is super close to a children's museum, comic store, and awesome Funko toy store nearby if you want to go early and avoid traffic.

Needed ADA seating but no wheelchair. Showed my paperwork to one attendant and sat at other end and the first thing said was I could not sit there, without a hello or asking me anything.

Clean bathrooms, parking was more difficult, easy entry but leaving was crowded and a bit crazy. Good sound and lighting and comfortable seats. Kid friendly for shows. We would go back to a show there.

Fun place to go ice skating, if you're a pro, or a first timer! Super cheap for a night of fun! They also have a small stand where you can buy snacks and drinks.
