The arena itself is fine.nothing to write home about but it does the job. Problem is their horrendous handling of parking. Traffic control is non-existent. Pay some people to alleviate parking woes please!

I was here for the Big Top Gun Show. The show is pretty small. You could walk around the whole thing in about a half hour. Unless you are truly looking for something, you go through pretty fast. But the space is nice and the staff was good.

Went to Toby Keith here. Love the smaller venue which made getting in and out quicker and none of the seats seemed to be crazy far away like some of the bigger venues. Floor seats had a bathroom and place to buy drinks downstairs which was nice. Parking is kinda crazy definitely suggest walking from your hotel if you are staying near by. We will be back!

I've lived here for 12 years and this was the first time here... Shame. It's such a great place. We can to watch the Seattle Storm's season opener. Parking is a breeze and cheap. The arena is easy to navigate, clean and had a cozy feel. Great staff and a great time to be had overall. Why would I go downtown Seattle with all the traffic when I can just go here...

Absolute blast to bring family and friends. Love how the Silvertips games incorporate the Boys scouts and let them ride on the Zamboni. :-D It is crowded but well staffed and secured.

Facilities were great. Had a suite reserved and it was locked upon arrival. Staff member Judy was rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Should not work with public in my opinion. All other staff were great.

Used to have better food concessions. Can't walk around the main floor since people in food lines block the way. Way too loud of noise at the Silvertips hockey game -- need to wear earplugs!

I went to the Seattle vs. Everett hockey game with my aunt, uncle, and cousins. The facility is well organized, as well as the security staff. The facility can get crowded, but that s bound to happen with 7,000-8,000 people at the hockey game. Great game between both teams.

I had so much fun seeing king and country play live here oh so good but the seats gave me a crick in my back 2 weeks later even but besides the inpossinle to get comphortable. And watch your step their lighting person is unique cause I thought the goal was to be able to see not be blind and watch many people in line fall hard...... Watch your step its kinda ghetto

The place is Ok,it could be better though..the screen was small, the food/snacks was limited, not much variety yo choose from. The stage was small and not well centered, maybe for other shows it's ok..

Went here for a Silvertips game. Clean arena but the seating kind of sucks if you're tall. I'm 5'9 and every time the guys in front of me leaned back, his seat hit my knees. Got old. Plenty of concessions. I recommend uber over trying to deal with parking.

Wow

Great arena!

Great arena!
Excellent views from the seats, large bar for the adults, good hockey.

Went to Sesame Street on Ice, would have been 5 stars because the seats we had partially obstructed view so one of the guys in charge switched out our seats for us which was great. However, the concession stand experiences were absolutely terrible. The first one advertised hot dogs but didn't have any. The second one waited 15 mins, then got rung up for the $35 "special" that included 4 hotdogs and 2 special cups...only had 2 hotdogs available and while we tried to wait for the other 2, the ones we got were cold and the show had started. Stayed a few more minutes into show and still no hotdogs nor did anyone seem to know if they would be ready any time soon so we left to go back to our seats. I won't ever buy food at these concession stands again. Hopefully they will have a better game plan for the next event and have the food ready to go for customers before the show starts so 6 people aren't standing around staring at each other because they've sold food they don't have.

Nice & comfortable seats. I went to a concert in Nawlins at Superdome, the floor seat had it's own party with bar & everything. It was like being at a night club. I guess I'm comparing the Xfinity to them.

I've been for a few different events. The restrooms are usually pretty clean (arena standards) and the food and drinks are pretty averagely priced. There's lots of bars nearby for afterwards too.
