I went to this venue on 7.29.19 for a concert and will probably never attend another at this venue. Staff was completely unable to handle the sold out crowd. I paid for 4th row tickets and upon checking in, was told my tickets didn't exist anymore but that I had equivalent seats. I was given a piece of paper with sloppy hand writing and told it was row 26. I was like that's not equivalent but I couldn't do anything about it. Show starts and 2 songs into the main act, event staff came up to me and said I was in the wrong seats and needed to come with them as the people who had row 26 had actual tickets for proof. I get escorted back to box office and told that I'm in row 2B by stage and that I need to go to the event staff at the end of row. The event staff who escorted me to the box office said that there wasn't a row 2B and that he'd like to be told where it was and to be escorted by someone who knew. I missed about 15 mins or so of the show trying to find my seats. Which I did and was very pleased as it was technically still 4th row. Maybe next time don't sloppily write on a piece of paper the row # and seats on a piece of paper, write the row numbers in chalk on the floor as well as the seat numbers on the bottom of the chairs, and give your event staff adequate and accurate maps of the floor plan.

It is a great hockey stadium! Lots of energy and a fun crowd. A ton of food options, but get there fast because the lines can get long!! One thing that surprised me is there were multiple food vendors that had items with kimchi in them. Spicy and yum!

Went there for nephew's graduation. This was an extremely disorganized event. Some of it was probably the school district, but venue staff were also unorganized, you couldn't bring in outside coffee or water (inside costs were $5) seating was dirty and it felt as though the seat would roll over backwards if you leaned back. To top everything, traffic control was non-existent.

The place is big but the seating is horrible. They don't allow outside food and sell inside all varieties. Making good money thru food. Parking fee is $10. We have to walk from parking building to near the event building.

We saw Metallica and Godsmack. The venue was great. I wish the arena offered more concerts. I don't like driving through Seattle, so this would be a really nice alternative. The alcohol was expensive, but I am learning that this is a thing with tribe owned venues. Overall, my experience was good. I hope to attend more events there in the future.

We have season tickets for the Silvertips hockey team. We love the hockey and the building is great for games. Concessions are OK, too much for minor league sports in my opinion, but a good variety.
Biggest negative is the Inability of the building management to properly staff the building for large crowds, and this is predictable based on history and opponent.
Pretty miserable trying to watch a game with a constant stream of people walking and standing in front of you.

Disney on Ice is fantastic! Bathroom lines are way too long. There need to be more family friendly restrooms. Consession needs to step it up a notch. Nacho cheese has no flavor and pretzels were way overly salted, dry and no flavor. Wine cups need lids. It was stressful trying to navigate to my seat with an open cup. We love the shows here, but we will jot be purchasing concessions next time. Huge waste of money.

Angel of the Winds Arena is a great place to watch Everett Silvertips games (its Hockey for those who dont know or follow sports). Lots of comfortable seating throughout, not too cold or Hot, good selection of food, drinks and beers and lots of parking around Angel of the Winds Arena. Beer is way too expensive, sneak in your own drinks or pre funk before, quick access to major roads and Interstate 5 and helpful staff onsite. This place is OK for home show events, kinda funky how they set it up. All in all, Angel of the Winds Arena isn't too bad of a place. #localguides

Saw Cirque du Soleil Crystal.

Saw Cirque du Soleil Crystal.
Arrangement of the Arena created a relatively intimate experience which is key to Cirque shows. Facilities are very good with a fairly large range of food fare. Access is ok since at the venue (attached) parking is not available. Closest parking is ~1 block away and is shared with the court complex (might create conflicts during the week - was not an issue on a Saturday.).
Staff were especially helpful with a wheel chair trip to the restrooms for one member of our party.
Overall a very nice Arena for this type of event.

The place is w/c accessible however the handicap parking is horrible, it is up front but your vehicle doesn't sit flat it is on such an angle that a handicap person on the pass side could not get the car door open and on the driver's side they could not get the door closed. Once out of the vehicle there is a pathway that looks like it lead to the front door however after going a couple hundred yards it comes to h huge flight of stairs. If you can't manage the stairs you will need to go back to where you started and take the sidewalk halfway around the building. Once you get to the front door there are no automatic doors. After you get inside the have the best elevator I have ever seen for W/C's drive in one side and out the other, no turning around.

love going to hockey games here but can be very busy and crowded hahah. some of the staff are really strict though.. seating is amazing, don't think there's a bad seat in the house. sometimes there are bad smells from the food carts and stands.

All the seats are good! Was very impressed by the added treat of individual seats having lots of room and the tiering was exceptional. One thing- bring a seat cushion if it's a long event.

Ive gone to this arena a few time for concerts and graduations and every time I go the parking is bad and the exit lines are just terrible with no help from any of the workers. I would think that the staff would be able to direct people better so that you wouldn't be pushed out onto the street but to no avail. Also the sound system for indiviual people have bad echos. Needs some sound dampening in the ceiling.

This arena is confusing with it's signage. The plumbing is old. The prices on food and drinks is absolutely outrageous! I will not be returning to this venue again, no matter WHO is performing because this place sucks and it takes away from my enjoyment of the event.

Was there for the fall home show. I'm not sure if it was just the setup but it seems to need repairs already. There was water all over the floors. I've never been to another event there but I wasn't impressed yet.
