I went to this venue on 7.29.19 for a concert and will probably never attend another at this venue. Staff was completely unable to handle the sold out crowd. I paid for 4th row tickets and upon checking in, was told my tickets didn't exist anymore but that I had equivalent seats. I was given a piece of paper with sloppy hand writing and told it was row 26. I was like that's not equivalent but I couldn't do anything about it. Show starts and 2 songs into the main act, event staff came up to me and said I was in the wrong seats and needed to come with them as the people who had row 26 had actual tickets for proof. I get escorted back to box office and told that I'm in row 2B by stage and that I need to go to the event staff at the end of row. The event staff who escorted me to the box office said that there wasn't a row 2B and that he'd like to be told where it was and to be escorted by someone who knew. I missed about 15 mins or so of the show trying to find my seats. Which I did and was very pleased as it was technically still 4th row. Maybe next time don't sloppily write on a piece of paper the row # and seats on a piece of paper, write the row numbers in chalk on the floor as well as the seat numbers on the bottom of the chairs, and give your event staff adequate and accurate maps of the floor plan.
