We have been exclusively using ETS since they SAVED the day back in 2015 during set-up for a regional conference of ours. We hired ETS to supplement the onsite AV to handle the video recording of the conference. The onsite AV did not arrive for set-up. ETS was able to provide all of the AV services we needed that morning and we were ready to go in time for the first presentation at 8am. The rest of the conference was flawless. We use ETS for all of our Audio Visual needs. They coordinate with the onsite AV to see what combination between their equipment and the equipment onsite will be best for us from a quality and cost perspective. They manage the onsite AV (if used) for the elements they've decided to use them for and that leaves us free to work on the other things we need to focus on.
