These people are very helpful and professional. I had to call and spoke with Penny who was awesome and has a luscious British accent (try saying that three times fast). And Brenda in accounting was always very quick to respond and help. We received our data quite quickly. The one thing that I would suggest is (and they actually recommend this as well in the instructions) is to send a test sample before sending all of your precious samples. Just maybe two samples that encompass the ranges of concentrations that you might expect to find in whatever your samples are. This will help you determine whether or not you should dilute your samples or not before you send them the whole kit and kaboodle.
