The National CASA employed CALIBER ASSOCIATES to conduct a study. 90% of volunteers consisted of older white women, middle to upper class. Studies also revealed that CASA literally does nothing to better the lives of children. It revealed that it did more harm than good.
Volunteering with Dallas CASA has taught me so much about the child welfare system and has helped me meet so many wonderful people. There is a reason advocates remain advocates for several years - they see a difference in children's lives. I love hearing advocate testimonies. There are many different ways to get involved and directly or indirectly change a child's life for the better! To change the world, you have to start with our future generation and CASA gives these kids a chance to be happy, loved, and have every opportunity for success in the future!
Good morning - just spreading the word. There is an extremely large black woman named Andrea Fry masquerading as a CASA attorney around DFW. She is so grossly incompetent that it's impossible to believe that she completed first year core law school courses. When confronted with allegations of misconduct, Ms. Fry is reactive, vindictive, and exhibits several anti-social behaviors consistent with a presentation of multiple personality and histrionic personality disorders. Please run her SBN, as it may belong to a recently deceased or relocated attorney. Thank you.
