Service Dept. Review

Service Dept. Review

Took my girlfriend s car in a week and a half ago for an oil change, tire rotation, and check for a leak in a tire. The tire loses 10-15lbs every 2-3 days. So a substantial leak that should be easy to find if dunked or soaped properly.

They said there was no leak. I get home and look over the car(making sure the oil cap was on, oil level correct, drain plug tight, and make sure the tires were rotated.

They didn t rotate the passenger side. I called Justin Winters (service writer), asked why one side was not rotated(I was not told). He asked the technician (Charles Brown), technician advised he did not rotate the passenger side because the lug nuts were swollen and were difficult to remove. Service writer then tried to make it right by refunding me the $29.95 for the rotation and said if I get new lug nuts he would replace them on the vehicle and finish the rotation at no charge.

Although I was upset that they didn t finish the job I had paid for, I was willing to give a second chance.

Today, I took the car back in with the new lug nuts and to have the rotation finished. An hour and a half later a different service writer calls for me. I go back to the service writer desk and he charged me the $29.95 again. I explained the conversation and situation I discussed with the original writer and he went to go talk to him while he was with another customer. He came back out to say that Justin advised him that I was to be charged again for the rotation because they performed it correctly this time. Why even refund me the money and tell me he would finish it at no charge??? Because of one hack tech that tried to squeeze by with a Mickey Mouse job hoping no one would notice that he was just too lazy to knock the lugnuts out of the socket

Worked with Chad Voglewede who was AWESOME! Great guy, very professional, and easy to talk to. Easily accessible and would return questions in a prompt fashion. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were purchasing. Would definitely ask for him on the next vehicle purchase.

Stopping at Evans Toyota today and looking at a vehicle was a wonderful experience! Rick Evans, Cameron, Wade and the entire staff treated us EXTREMELY well! Definitely not your "typical" experience at a car dealership. Evans is wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend Evans Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Ryan Recker was a great salesman to work with! Service department does a great job and is thorough. Watch out if working with Gary from finance. I ended up purchasing over $2000 worth of things I was under the impression just came with the car/couldn't have cared less if they came with the car or not. If he had shown me the numbers instead of just asking me to sign his tablet without explaining this would have been a 5/5 review.

After searching for the perfect truck all over the USA I found that Evans had a great price. We negotiated over the phone. I worked with Raul in sales. Even though the dealership had the opportunity to sell the truck at a higher price to another person who made an offer after mine they kept their promise to me. I flew in and had a good meeting with the finance department. Overall had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone who gets the opportunity to work with them.

I don t typically leave reviews, & I don t particularly care for car salesman, but my experience at Evans with Ryan Recker was one for the books. Honest, helpful, and on top of it. Everything was simple & not pressured whatsoever. He took care of all my requests and answered all my questions & concerns. I will refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to him because my experience was great!!

I had just left the Subaru dealership across the street and wasn t looking forward to another round of negotiating. As soon as we pulled in, Allyn greeted us and made us feel very welcome. We both wore masks and Allyn asked us if we d be more comfortable if he wore a mask too. Allyn was very friendly and very focused on creating a positive customer experience for us. He walked through the selection and gave me a great rundown of all the features and their benefits in the car I chose. After the test drive, which was really easy and I was surprised at how user-centric the design of the Venza is- we went into negotiating the price. Allyn was the definition of transparent and solution-oriented. He went back and forth with finance multiple times until we both had found an area of compromise on the price. I didn t feel any pressure to sign or commit to anything I wasn t comfortable with, and Allyn really earned my trust. He sat with us the entire time during closing, even as other reps were chasing prospects, Allyn was DEDICATED to our customer experience and I honestly think every other salesperson at Evans could learn from his example.

My car is awesome and I m very pleased with the decision to try Evans. I would highly recommend asking for Allyn if you aren t sure what you want but have a lot of questions and want to work with someone who is going to earn your trust at every touch point.

Finance guy was super friendly too. Actually everyone we interacted with was friendly and made us feel welcome. They clearly have a solid operation and know what it means to be customer-centric.
