Very unprofessional, one of the worst realty companies in Auburn, Al. The communication is horrible and they have no idea what they are doing. This company is basically a scam, choose anything else.
The place that makes mistakes that screw you over not them. When you ask and ask and ask again to make certain everything is taken care of with rent and they still try to pull more and more money from you because they don t care that they made a mistake and that mistake now costs you +$750.
these people need to be fired and replaced, they don't care at all about their tenants just money summerwind is a joke all together that place needs to close down for good
Rented from them a few months ago. Everyone was very nice until I got a bill for stuff that needed to be fixed. keep in mind there was nothing wrong with the property when we left. Will never rent from them again.
This is the worst place the neighbors break things and damage property at 3am every weekend the parking spaces are overfull with people who dont have passes and if you park anywhere else you will be towed i have a 300$ water bill they refuse to fix because this place is scheduled for demolision theres bugs and they never get pest control they said it would be monthly, water smells like mildew. My ceiling is only 6' 5" and im 5' 10" when people walk upstairs its extremely loud and also constantly late at night. This place is trash most uncomfortable irritating place i have ever lived.
Kristen was the best. She was very helpful with any and everything. She will be missed The maintenance guy is nice, he comes right out to solve any issues I ve had thus far. The new lady in the office is ruled, she has poor customer service skills.
Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I was scheduled to move into 1963 Sara Street July 9 & it was disgusting . Smelled like loud fresh paint , Flies was everywhere , the countertop was coming up, there was a leak in the ceiling , holes in the wall that had not been patched just painted on top of , as well as a leak going down the wall that they just painted on top of . Not to mention in order to turn on the lights you had to hold the light switch half way in the bedroom closets for it to even come on. On top of that i told them i had a newborn baby and could not live there with that loud paint smell and they response was the duplex was ready & i could not get my security deposit back because i signed the lease for the date that i DID NOT MOVE IN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT READY ! Even the maintenance manager admitted to being rushed and agreed as well. See pictures below of the READY duplex .
No matter how much you like the property, find something else.
Does not respond to critical matters. Unprofessional. When you have to get rude with them to have someone finally come service something, that serviceman will come unannounced and bang on your door and ring your doorbell as if there s a fire. From previous reviews, they ll try to keep your deposit too. No matter how you leave the place.
The WORSE!!!! They are very unprofessional, the place needs to be renovated, and more up to date, I ve had problems since I moved in with bed bugs being there before I moved in, water leakage, damages. I will never rent with them again..
