Went in to see Bruce the Motability specialist couple of ours later well informed on the features and options and car ordered

Went into the branch today to purchase a Ford Smax. Initially no staff to be seen, then saw around 5/6 staff members congregated in the corner of the showroom talking. Approached them with a view to getting some assistance. It didn't seem anyone was interested. Someone did tell me there were no SMax vehicles in the showroom and only a Galaxy, however no-one seemed interested in assisting me further.

I ended up leaving and attending at a different dealer altogether where I bought my new car.

I have purchased from Evan's Halshaw in the past and was extremely shocked and disappointed in the level of customer service as I would have bought my vehicle within the branch today.

Selling your vehicle to this car company is a waste of time. Visited Car Store website and followed the 'sell my car' menu and then the story began.....
I had my vehicle valued online and received a confirmation email with the valuation. Then took my car to Car Store who took an hour and half and gave a valuation and confirmed this by email then refused to buy my car as they were closing. Probably they were closing down because of their lies.Then this branch Evans Halshaw told lies about my vehicle. They told the Head Office that my vehicle was badly damaged! I followed it up and realised the entire company and this so called sell my car is misleading. I have no issue if they made things clear. My honest opinion, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS COMPANY TO SELL. You will have the worst experience and you will be extremely disappointed. Sell your car to businesses like Webuyanycar or sellyourmotor because they will definitely give you more for your car and will do it all professionally and honestly.

I was looking to buy a new car and I stood in the showroom for over an hr before anyone even came to speak to me and then said oh it that guy there you want who was already dealing with another customer I then waited till he was done with his customer and the he just ignored me for another hour so after abt 3hrs in the showroom looking at cars I ended up walking out and bought my car from Peugeot where the service was excellent The staff are ignorant and rude and not very helpful

I called Monday morning at 10am to book an appointment to have a tyre repaired because it had a nail embedded in it and was gradually losing pressure. The booking I got was at 2.45pm at Evans Halshaw, 694 Cumberland Road, Glasgow later that day. Even got the email confirmation. But when I showed up the man at the reception said they were short of technicians and that they would take a long time to get it repaired also that their tyre repair machine was on its last 'legs.' He also said he tried to send me an email. How difficult is it to send an email nowadays or make a simple phone call? They could have at least have the decency to let me know before I made the journey. I am on the Service Plan.

Like every garage it has various departments, Both Evans Halshaw and Arnold Clark should get a tailoring department,, So the customer gets a deal that suits them with all the add ons

Not Helpful at all , One person says something other says something else this company is just a shamble. No Phone manners i suggest just stay away look for some other deal if you really want to deal with Evanshalshaw.............

car had minor issue making some noise from back seat they said will fix it but did not reply my phone calls or emails .......... not happy better to deal with some one else

Hannah and Gary were very helpful with info before I came up view the car. On arrival Gary let me look the car over and take it for a spin, never felt pressured into buying, a hassle free service and I'm very happy with the car

Disgraceful garage. Never buy a car of these incompetent oxygen theifs. Absolute cowboys through and through. Misold a car which was sub standard then refused all blame. Only changed the timing belt rather that change the water pump and tensioners also which nearly caused the engine to be wrote off. Denied all responsibility even though they every person on phone at garage i spoke to said it was garages fault. Avoid this place at all costs.

Called to enquir about a new car.
Was told they would call me back because there too busy, gave my name and number.

Never got a call back the same day (Never got a call back at all).

Called the next day asking to speak to the same person who was busy and message would be passed to call back.

Still no call back.

So I called again 3rd time to be told don t have any of my details and no such record.

Will take my business elsewhere, SHOCKING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I still think I got ripped off with the sales guy V. Can't wait to run down my contract and move on. It's bn 2yrs and I still feel cheated. The car had few scratches on the body (which I didn't mind but noted them)fast track year later after service and wanting to trade in for new car, they had the gut to used the scratches (which I didn't cause) to devalue the car which means I'm stack with it until I finished paying. Regret is emotion I go through.

(26/3/19) Well well... Just found out a week ago that when I purchased my car I had bn charged with two (2) Year warranty. I remember vividly with convincing tone and smile of sales person telling me the car comes with 2-year free warranty. Basically half K added to price of car for financing meaning I'm repaying more on interest. I'm definitely going to the shore (Glasgow FordStore) and get this sorted out. My instinct was right all along. Can't believe this!

This place made me feel about as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. Terrible service dept manager is a little jobsworth. Rude arrogant and totally unprofessional. Will take my business to arnold Clark from now on.

Purchaser from London - over the phone it was all great. Body condition was described as immaculate. Arrived and there were some visible scratches - told not to worry and I'll get some free touch up paint posted to me. Purchased the car, chased the paint and just been ignored constantly. What a joke put car in phoned to say need to keep it overnight. Daughter phoned yesterday nobody could pick phone up .so somebody else picked it up spoke to daughter and said would get somebody to phone before close of day next day no phone call so just phoned them to be told car is ready not impressed with there service or attitude with costomers

Had to get motobility and R.A.C involved to get our car repaired after three attempts and issue still not resolved
