Very nice and friendly staff I was on the number 20 tour very welcoming and pleasant also it was nice and comfortable great trip

Poor communication via emails regarding meeting point as it was not identified. Had to Google a different company that books through Evan Evans. Upon rushing through St Pancras station, found meeting point only to have 2 Evan Evans reps frantically tell me I was going to miss my train...even though I had arrived by their required meeting time...point toward my security queue, all with no tickets for Eurostar. Upon asking for my tickets, the rep said, Oh yes...tickets, and here is your info packet...be sure to read it! To reiterate, poor communication. The contact # they provide online and within confirmation email is only relevant for customer needs if you call during business hours. Rather than a large company, I will stick with smaller outfits. Highly recommend The London Bus!

My husband, John, and I took the Evan Evans day-long trip to Windsor Castle, Bath and Stonehenge on Sunday May 12, 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our guide, Chris, was charming and engaging; and his archaeological knowledge really added to our trip, particularly at Stonehenge. His timing and food recommendations were excellent. Our driver Dave did a great job in terms of timing and parking. He even dropped us off within sight of our hotel on the way back from the trip. We recommend this trip, and Chris and Dave, as a way to visit these memorable sites.

This was a fabulous trip with Rowan as our guide and Mickey as our driver. The trip was amazing but like everyone says....not enough time. Rowan was so thorough in her presentations and stories. She was a wonderful guide. We loved it!

Windsor Castle, Bath & Stonehenge: We did a tour with Peter and our driver from London, and it was really good. Our guide was charming, funny, and informative while our driver was smooth and speedy. The full-day tour was easily worth it compared to renting a car and trying to drive it ourselves. Will actively recommend them to friends, which is my bar for a 5-star review.

If you only have a limited amount to visit Paris and want to see the major highlights this is the tour for you. Consider this a taste of Paris. We had a great tour guide, Angela who spoke fluent French and was able to give us the ins and outs. Our train tickets and river cruise tickets were purchased for us ahead of time. We were given an ample amount of free time that allowed you to grab something to eat in a cafe or shop. We also had a good bit of time in Notre Dame Cathedral. Again if you want a structured tour with a drive by of the major attractions this is a great tour. Don't expect a lot of time in various places.

Tour 21 to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath was the perfect way to spend the day. Valentine was an excellent driver and Robert was an amazing guide! Entertaining and educational!!

Can not recommend our guide Phil and driver George enough. Phil was teeming with knowledge and really made even the bus rides fun.

I would highly recommend the Windsor, Stonehenge, and Oxford tour but I m sure their others are comparably excellent!

We enjoyed the tour very much with Ildi as our tour guide and Colin as our driver. It was a compact tour covering Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Oxford within a day. They managed the tour very well especially Iidi, she was very attentive to the entire group.

My wife and I just finished an inner circle tour of Stonehenge with Oliver as our guide and Kevin as our driver through Evan Evans. The experience was great! Highly recommended.

The bus took off without us, while we ran around in circles helpless looking for the correct pick up spot. We called the company 3 times and 3 times were told "go to gate 164" and hung up. We called again asking them to let driver know we can't find gate but we are at corner of the terminal bldg, we hoped they would guide us how to get there....nope, hung up. This was all PRIOR to take off time from gate. Bus left without us.
We were promised call back to re-schedule this tour, I wanted a full day and called 4 times, just to be told, manager will get back to me. (As if we are not visiting London. As if we have 4 weeks to wait for their call, re schedule etc -we were leaving in 2 days)
All my calls are recorded on my cell phone and after finally speaking with manager and sending him the recorded calls and times we made the calls to their customer service PRIOR to the departure time (for which we woke up at 6:45am to not miss the 8:45 bus), never heard back , never offered courtesy credit or discount - nothing. We did get re booked.

We loved the places our tour took us on, Cotswalds , medieval towns, Downton Abbey village, Bleinheim Palace - but we literally got 20min in gorgeous Cotswalds and we had to rush to the bus because it was leaving to next destination - 20min is NOT enough time to use restroom after a very long bus ride out of London and walk around and take in the beauty. No water to wash hands on the bus toilet.

Tour guide gave us wrong information on the tour, about some info that I studied and read a lot about, I was a bit shocked.

So NO we were not impressed, the places/spots of the tour were gorgeous but we walked around ourselves in most of these, tour guide just gave us a bit info in 1 of the villages and on the bus ride.

Did Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath yesterday. Was a good tour to get a taste of each area. Not much time at each place. Guide and driver were great.
Thoroughly enjoyed Stomehenge despite the rainy cold weather, actually felt it added to the experience. Unfortunately Windsor Castle was closed and had booked entry there, but was reassured by the guide that I would be refunded this by ringing the office, have done same with nil issues encountered.

I hired the tour to the Harry Potter London tour and I left happy. The bus that transported us was first class and the monitor during the trip was fun and professional.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. Our tour guide, Simon is so very pleasant and informative. Same goes with our driver, Michael Angelo. The bus was really comfortable. I love the history and information Simon provided. Next time we book a tour it will definitely be with Evan Evans tour again.

Oliver our guide was really funny. He kept the tour interesting with his local knowledge and personal stories. He made sure to engage everyone even with a hopelessly introverted guy like me. Colin our driver took us safely to Windsor Castle, the Stonehenge and Oxford. He's friendly and he shared a few jokes with Oliver while we're on the coach. Its a jovial mood on the bus, me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the tour. Except for the cold, that's no one's fault though. 6 stars for the well organized tour! Thanks!

Jennifer and Bob has been an awesome duo on the Job. We were a bit late to te party mainly due to the weather and problems in the tube but they made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as we bearded. We had a partly fast track entry to the castle thanks to Jenny's trick of early arrival to the queue. Bob did a very quick save for us when someone jumped the signal ahead of us on the way to stonehange. We also got to know a lot about Cambridge as Jennifer took us for a small tour around.(She does knows her stuff..) Overall it was a good day and a pleasant experience and I bet the credit goes to the organizing duo who kept on improvising as we go. I'll look forward to meeting them for another trip. Good job guys. ** note: watch out for Jennifers puns, they are killers.. LoL

Good bus driver and a great tour guide well worth the money.

My husband and I were on the morning express coach to Stonehenge. We were very excited to go and had a great experience with the pick up at the Alma hotel. The first tour guide (blonde very friendly and perky) was fabulous.

The problems I would like you to know about started at Victoria coach station and went downhill from there. We arrived at gate 0 as we were advised by the first tour lady- that was fine. We then had 2 tour people yelling at the group as a whole (3 tours) at gate 0 - they were not polite, helpful, nor cheerful, and the overall impression was that the tours were a nuisance and we were all idiots. Our group was last, the lady who was "helping" us was running around trying to find paperwork and left us standing at the bus for 10 mins while she got her stuff together. I thought she was coming on the bus but she only demanded my paper ticket and told me to have a seat and then left the bus.

While on the bus we drove with only a driver, there was no warning that a guide had left, and the driver was quiet and not helpful. (Ps there was no wifi as your website would suggest) We arrived at Stonehenge late, he did not dictate a time to meet simply stating 1.5 hours so the customers did it and we told each other the correct time. The driver needs training on tour etiquette if they are to be left alone, he simply parked the bus with no friendly banter or guidance as to the next step. He left us waiting for tickets without ever having told us the next steps or, in fact, that he was going to get tickets. This created mass confusion with the staff at Stonehenge and with your customers.

We left Stonehenge at 2, the time we were supposed to get back, and by then everyone
was tired, hungry, and feeling car sick. I brought snacks for myself but with only an hour and a half at an attraction and a 2 hour extension to the trip some people hadn't eaten. The tour guide should have said something like "sorry folks, lots of traffic, we are going to get in late", instead people just panicked. My family had to cancel our plans for the afternoon because we missed the open times. I completely understand traffic gets in the way but that is why we sign up for a seemingly reliable tour- communication is key!

If I am going to be spending a long day and a lot of money on a tour, I would like to feel respected and cared for. I did not feel either of those today and my husband has confirmed we will not be taking a tour with you again.

Fantastic tour of Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. Oliver (tour guide) and Mo (driver) were exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and client-focused. Seek out these two gentlemen for a world class experience.

We had a WONDERFUL tour today to Windsor, Stonehenge and Oxford with Robert as our guide! Robert was very easy to listen to and gave us the perfect amount of typical historical information mixed with unique stories or little known facts. He has a great sense of humor and made us chuckle several times. Tom, who drove the bus, made the ride so smooth that I fell asleep during every route between stops. I would definitely tour again with Evan Evans tours if we ever find ourselves back in the UK

We have booked through Evan Evans Tours a Warner Bros. Studio Tour. We really enjoyed our day out with them, the guide was really friendly and gave us a lot of info on London and things to do. Also the booking experience was very positive, the employees who answered the telephone were also very nice and professional.

Evan Evans is a good seightseeing tour to avail when in London. The driver Mark specially out tourist guide Kevin is so accommodating and hospitable. They took care of us all throughout our day tour. Basically it was literally a hassle free day tour. Thanks to Evan Evans and the crew for giving us our memorable windsor castle, stonehange and roman bath once in a lifetime stress free experience except for the rain ofcourse.

I bought 2 adult tickets to WarnerBros Harry Potter Studio in Evans via Trip Advisor. They confirmed the payment and the tickets. We toke a plane from Iceland to visit this HP park. Being in London I called them to be sure the pick up place and all the staff but...

Tchan! Surprise! As a magic trick, our tickets didn't exist. Over booking problem, they said!!
We can refund your money, they said.
We couldn't visit the attraction and...

ONE MONTH LATER I'M STILL WAITING MY MONEY BACK.

Bad service.
We had booked a tour in advance, then it was said on the spot that the tour was overbooked, we could not ride, they could not help us and did nothing else for us.

Have taken 2 tours with them and enjoyed them thoroughly. First with a lady (I think Rebecca) from Portugal and second with James. Tours are long but well worth the money. Lot of people are complaining that they don't get time to roam around. But in a day with 3-4 sights to cover, they are doing a fair job.

We were a little worried because our two teenagers (ages 14 and 16) are not really art lovers, but the tour we did in Shoreditch, London, under the guidance of Miriam, a great instructor who knew how to make the experience fascinating for both adolescents with minimal interest in art, A new dimension with a fascinating background story, definitely a recommended experience.

Extremely bad service! The working staffs are very rude and disappointing. Wasted 226 pounds and the whole day for nothing !!! Should never join their lying tour! Really disaster !

Evan Evans was an amazing amazing tour and incredible value for the money!!! My family and I did the Windsor castle, Stonehenge, and Bath tour and it was more than worth the money!! The company is so well organized. They use these great voice boxes that you put one headphone into your ear while the tour guide speaks about the sites while waiting in line and such. Our tour leader was Angela and she was lovely! She was so knowledgable of all of the sites and always answered any questions we had. She let us know exactly when to be back on the bus and all the tips and tricks to maximizing our visits to each sites. Would recommend to anybody one looking to do a tour out of London!

Did this trip with a different tour company earlier and they were much better in regards to preparation (tickets at hand = no waiting time at arrival) and much more friendly guide/driver. The driver of Evan Evans was everything else than professional, cynic comments and poor attitiude. First and last time with them...

We we're on Harry Potter tour with Oliver. That was fantastic 3 hour walking tour in the morning (9am till 12pm) where we've seen some filming scenes of HP saga. Oliver was the guy who made this trip fabulous - his passion about HP and about London is incredible! If you fan of HP or JKR or just want hang around in city center I highly recommend taking this tour. Notice to all visitors: you should have oyster card with you cause tour will include 2 tube rides and it's not included in the price.

We did the Stonehenge Express (Afternoon) Tour on Friday May 11th 2012. The pick up point The Original Tour Vistors Centre was easy to find, the bus was a great way to travel to Stonehenge. There was plenty of time to explore Stonehenge - you were not rushed to get back to the bus. Excellent bus driver. Highly recommend this tour :)

I don't give it 5 because the start of the tour was quite disorganized, to get on the buses, we left almost an hour later than planned. But beyond this inconvenience the tour was very good. I recommend it for people who do not have many days, because seeing Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Oxford are unmissable visits while in London. As there are 3 places in a single day it is only a glance but it was really worth it and we were much more eager to have more time to visit both Windsor and Oxford.

Horrible experience. The tour is too fast and you don't have the time to go to the bathroom or to eat something, because the bus leaves you alone in the middle of nowhere. No guide, no help, no respect.

Amazing tour (Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Oxford) with the most beautiful sites. The guide Oliver was great! He was really nice, funny and caring. Besides he really knows how to keep things interesting. Driver Mark did his part well so the trip in total was an amazing experience.
Spare time in the Windsor castle and Oxford wasn t enough but that s quite normal with these kind of bus tours.

I really appreciated the tour. The tour guide, Mr.Nigel, was very friendly and informative. However, I would say that we have such a short time during visiting the famous Stonehenge. Moreover, when we reach to Oxford it was dark already so there're not much to be seen. Overall, this is a good service.

Much more than expected. Due to traffic issues a 20 minutes trip from the hotel to the pick up point became a 50 minutes trip. We missed our tour. We were immediately offered the same tour for the following day. We couldn't do that as we had other tour to do. Then we were offered a similar value tour leaving in 15 minutes. We took that and ended having a fantastic time. Never expected the service and the willingness to please us even though it was our fault to miss our tour. So, I recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Big THANKS from us to the crew of tour 23. Monica and Steve. Also to the fantastic lady that at yhe station that helped us not to lose the day.

Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath trip. It was great albeit a little rushed since only a short time was allocated at each place.

Definitely need to come visit Bath sometime in the future, it's wonderful.

Andy and Lorei were an amazing crew on the Windsor, Bath and Stonehenge tour! Lorei was an amazing driver (even in storm conditions) and Andy was hilarious and informative!

Terrible, terrible terrible. Paid 96 pounds for a Harry Potter tour (that only costs 35 pounds through the website), was late getting to the studio and the bus left early without us!! Such a sham.

We participated in the Tour Windsor Castle, Stonehnge, Oxford. The tour was very infatuated especially by our very competent, fun and attentive tour guide Tom. The tour was carried out on time as planned.
It was clear to us from the outset that it would be a long and stressful day, but it was a shame we did not have enough time for the individual sights. Especially in Windsor Castle you would have needed more time to get a good overview.
Nevertheless, a successful day and recommendable, if you spend only a few days in London and want to visit several places worth seeing.

Robert and Mark did an amazing job. Robert provided so much background history and made the made the short amount of time very educational.

Experience was great. Wished we could have stopped at some of the other monuments ( arch de Triumph, etc, ) instead of just a drive by. Our guide Toby, was exceptional!!! Very informative and made the trip worthwhile. Would recommend.

We visited a Harry Potter Studio Tour with the provider. Booking and process went smoothly. Only the planned time on site was a bit short because the bus took an incredibly long time to get out of London City at all.

American who visited England for the first time with her Mom- This tour was absolutely fantastic!!! Our tour guide Deborah was just amazing, as she set a relaxed tone for the entire day (about 7 hours) and really paid special attention to each guest since we had a small group. I think we had about 20 on a bus that seats about 50, and the bus was really super comfortable! The driver Andy made sure the ride was smooth, and even with a bit of traffic leaving it was still an enjoyable ride (if you get car sickness like me, be sure to bring some Dramamine or something alike)! Bath is a lovely town, but we only had about 2 and a half hours there and the time flies! My Mom and I opted to skip the Roman Bath entry in order to see the famous Circus, Royal Crescent, and toured Royal Crescent 1, which is a historical house dressed like the late 1700s and was really cool! We got a quick lunch at The Bath Bun, which was delightful and I wish we had more time. But on to Stonehenge, where Deb timed us to visit at at less crowded time, and it was fascinating!!! We had these great little audio players which were so easy to use to hear Deb in Bath, and then to hear narrated info about Stonehenge. I would totally do this tour again, so worth it to see countryside and not have to drive! Highly recommend Evan Evans!!!

Came from New York to do the Windsor, Bath, and Stonehenge tour. Our guide, Oliver Simmons, was excellent throughout the entire time. He was very well versed about his English history. A proud and friendly Londoner, Oliver clearly loves his home city.

We were picked up at our hotel on time and then taken by feeder coach to Victoria Coach station to meet the rest of our party. We left Victoria on time and were then taken on a tour of London before going to Windsor Castle where we had a guided tour of the castle and grounds. Then on to Hampton Court and gardens where we also had a guided tour. The Evan Evans tour guide was brilliant and her knowledge of all the places we visited was second to none. Walking encyclopaedia comes to mind. The coach driver was also very good and knew the roads like the back of his hand.
It was a very informative and pleasant day in the company of mostly non-English people who I am sure from their comments appreciated the knowledge of the courier.We would recommend this trip and are already looking at other day trips when we are next in London
