i was sent here by my car dealer to get ma car checked

Broke down on the high way to the or tambo airport, waited from 9am to 1pm whilst nothing was be in done and no truck in sight, called them, t he y said he is on his way but somehow he was on his way without my location since they didnt even care to ask for it and so lesson learn, if you need a tow NEVER EVER call Europcar for the love of God you will be there for hours while they lie to you that someone is on the way just to keep a client, thank you

Absolutely rude staff that take hours to show up!!!!!

The service was excellent . A technician from the office was at my home in 45 minutes and the battery recharged

Poor workmanship and poor service by 24 fix (your subsidiary). This is in reference to a windscreen replacement for Xola Potelwa's car. There is a leak from the new windscreen. We have alerted you but you still drag your feet in resolving it.
