I have bought a eurom alutherm. This heater works ...

I have bought a eurom alutherm. This heater works together with the eurom app but this app no longer exists in the play store. Just disappeared completely. Only a eurom heating app can be found that does not seem to work with this alutherm.

Call customer service today and they are informed but cannot tell me when the problem will be solved. No gesture in my direction to inform me or to inquire. Do you want a wifi heater? Then you better look further. You pay for wifi functionality but you don't get this.

Recently bought a pressure washer at Dirk v / d Broek.
When using the "turbo" lance, my machine always struck.

I called Euromac on this and I was very kindly answered.
My problem was heard and I was immediately promised that a new lens would be sent to solve the problem.
No sooner said than done, because in two days I had received my new lance.

I can only say TOP TOP TOP.
What a service.

I hope to have a lot of fun with this high pressure cleaner for a long time to come.

An acquaintance of mine bought a cooling fan type in July 2019
EUROM Vento 14 Silent art no 384772. Batch: AH063
After purchase, the blower worked for a while and then the device was not
get started after power on. The output of the adapter is 24 Volt DC so okay. Print card ZFDC-1400 checked for bad contacts
and poorly soldered plugs found no error. After a long try with
mini pressure switch power on sometimes switches the device on
the LEDs of speed regulation, timer setting etc and the fan is running
also, and the swing does it too. so nothing more about the
the hand you think. We turn off the Fan and then we try
switch the device back on via the Power On push button and that is no longer possible. Only after some rumble on the power plug
device back on. But the strange thing is I take the device to my own workshop, the fan switches on immediately and functions without it
Even if I switch off the device and then switch it on again via Power On, the Fan will not function immediately. So went back to the home of my acquaintance with the Fan and connected to him via the adapter on 225 volt ac (Voltage measured is okay)
24 volt output adapter okay but again don't turn on the same problem after pressing the Power ON push button
In other words, the device is very unstable.
Then go to the Eurom Web site to get another print card
set type p.c.b. ZFDC-1400 - 2018.02.01-ZD17490 you will not get far
and finally you give up on that. All in all not a success number

I have to say Service is Top level ! I have an air conditioning PAC32NR that is at least 3 years old, but it is still in top condition! I called because I lost the air conditioning hose while moving. They sent a new hose the same day free of charge. The next day it was delivered by DHL. This is really Service !!! I am very happy .. and will certainly buy the same brand Eurom if necessary to purchase a new one! My compliments

My first impression with a Eurom employee followin...

My first impression with a Eurom employee following a warranty request is not entirely satisfactory. I called to ask if the report for my Eurom drybest10 had arrived via the dealer. A very unfriendly employee does not want to help me. Because; "you are not the only one who has these questions" "you are not the only one who wants priority" Then also have the guts to throw the horn. I have purchased a product from you. All I wanted was an affirmative response that the application came through the dealer. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask for this employee. Very unfriendly experience. Am quite shocked. I'm not a sweetheart either, but I would never approach my customers like that. What happened to the old maxim "customer is king"? I felt like a nuisance. Based on my experience with this man, I don't feel like needing to contact this company again. A little nuance is in order here. On the other hand, the female employee I spoke to is friendly and helpful. I think in this case the bad apples are ruining it for the rest. My application is still being processed. I am curious how long this will take.

Very neat company.

Very neat company.
Patio heater lamp was broken through another company, they no longer had a replacement lamp for this particular model so they send a whole new unit!

Also just normal language when mailing and not so super formal. That makes it very nice to communicate with them.

Thumbs up for Gerrit :) and of course for the rest of the company.

a great service bought a hose reel from a mail order company that no longer exists, broke and free of charge from Euromac the promise that they will deliver me a new one !!!
