My first impression with a Eurom employee following a warranty request is not entirely satisfactory. I called to ask if the report for my Eurom drybest10 had arrived via the dealer. A very unfriendly employee does not want to help me. Because; "you are not the only one who has these questions" "you are not the only one who wants priority" Then also have the guts to throw the horn. I have purchased a product from you. All I wanted was an affirmative response that the application came through the dealer. Unfortunately, that was too much to ask for this employee. Very unfriendly experience. Am quite shocked. I'm not a sweetheart either, but I would never approach my customers like that. What happened to the old maxim "customer is king"? I felt like a nuisance. Based on my experience with this man, I don't feel like needing to contact this company again. A little nuance is in order here. On the other hand, the female employee I spoke to is friendly and helpful. I think in this case the bad apples are ruining it for the rest. My application is still being processed. I am curious how long this will take.
