I just got my second car from Jon Philipp at Euroclassics. The entire team makes the entire experience throughout the life of the car -- from selecting the car to completing paperwork to service -- easy and hassle-free. They truly make their customers feel like family. I was so pleased with the experience at Euroclassics back in 2015, I didn't hesitate to come back again in 2018. I highly recommend Jon and the entire team at Euroclassics!

My experience with Euroclassics in purchasing a 2014 Porsche a few months ago was excellent. I found all to be very professional and helpful during this process and with my follow up questions, along the way. My sincere "Thanks" to Justin (my sales associate) for all of his help. The service has been "Top Shelf".

Excellent. I told them I wasn't going to buy a car today and Will still took the time to show me around vehicle the options on different models and a quick test drive. When I purchase I will be going back

I had the pleasure of meeting the service managers Ralph and Brian today after a few discussions on the phone. I have been searching for a used 911 for some time. Ralph and Brian have been very accommodating in helping me arrange vehicle inspections and patiently answer my questions. They are gentlemen who s opinion I respect and have my devoted loyalty for future service on my Porsche. Thank you gentlemen for earning my respect and continued relations!

I had a GREAT experience buying a used vehicle from Euroclassics Porsche. Young Choe (sales) and Kari Schwear (finance) were great to deal with and I would definitely recommend them on your next vehicle purchase (New or Used) as well as your service work!

When you hear the phrase "certified pre-owned," you get the impression that someone has actually looked over your car, maybe compared maintenance records or even replaced failing parts. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. I purchased a CPO'd 911 Carrera S and within two months, the change over valves and vacuum lines for the coolant system have failed, the change over valves for the Porsche Sport Exhaust have failed, the passenger side window doesn't work anymore, and the car has a terrible stutter in second gear. Of course, I purchased the car from out of state - bad on me. Also - for anyone's information - if you ever do have a coolant system fault (and I'm not talking about the coolant level) - lucky for you there's Porsche "Assistance," a selling point for the CPO. Porsche "Assistance" will call a tow truck, and within 2 hours, take your car to a dealership within 50 miles. But, wait, are you stranded in a parking lot?? Better hope there's an Uber or Taxi around - but that's on your own dime -
and you need to wait for the tow truck. Are you on a trip and that was your only car?? Better hope there's a rental car company around somewhere convenient - but you're on your own for that one too. Porsche "Assistance" does not hesitate to tell you will need to mail in the receipts and an explanation of what happened for Porsche to even "consider" reimbursing you for a ride from wherever you broke down to your hotel. How nice of them to "consider" it. I guess that's what you pay you for. We were considering getting a Macan for my wife - but I guess we'll stick with Mercedes. I'd hate for her to have to trust that Porsche will have her back. What a waste of money.

Update: The air conditioning stopped working as well. It had zero pressure in the low pressure line and obviously leaking somewhere. Thankfully it's under CPO and the nearest authorized dealership is a convenient 180 miles away - with...as always... no loaner cars available for 2 weeks.

Update: Most all of the tools to the tire kit are missing as well (even though it's a checklist item on the CPO). Thankfully, Euroclassics was nice enough to leave the tow hook.

I had the absolute best buying experience I have ever had with Euroclassics Porsche. I have bought several new Mercedes and Audis in the past, and this dealership just blew them out of the water. I had the pleasure of working with John Kessler who was just the coolest dude in the world. They had a Carmine Red Cayenne S on the lot which is an extremely difficult color to find and my favorite Porsche color. They had just listed it online and I noticed how many views it was receiving and that it would not last long. I was very lucky to be transferred to John when I called. I live over an hour away from Richmond and couldn t make it until the next day. John promised he d hold the Cayenne for me and not to stress. When I got there, John was so kind and did not pressure me at all. He just gave me the keys and gave me time with the vehicle. Within about 5 seconds sitting in the front seat, I knew this was going to be my new baby. John reviewed the vehicle thoroughly with me since this was going to be my first (not last) Porsche. The most stressful part was having to call my wife to let her know I put a deposit down on a car when I was supposed to be at work! A few days later I worked with Drew on the finance side to complete the deal, which was efficient and also stress-free. I always wait a week before I write a review, so I don t write something in excitement or anger as it would be a disservice to people who rely on google reviews. After a week, I m even more happy about my purchase experience.
I will always buy my future Porsches from John Kessler. He s a true professional and just an all-around awesome guy!!

Experience started with a cold call to service about a used car (Boxster) I was looking at (not on their lot). Long story, but made an offer on the car that was refused...best thing that could have happened based on subsequent knowledge about the used car. Have since bought two used cars and one new car from E/C and been very happy with all staff, sales, service, and ownership!!

All of my dealings with Euroclassics Porsche have been great. Their staff is friendly & helpful. I took my Boxster in for repair service after an accident, and it looked good as new when they finished. I would definitely recommend Euroclassics to anyone who's looking for a Porsche.

Met with Drew and he was very helpful. The cars are beautiful and the salesforce is very relaxed and happy to answer questions. They were not pushy at all, and believe in the product they are selling. The Boxter GTS in the showroom is posted below.

Extremely poor customer service left me feeling used.
I contacted the dealer about coming to test drive a used vehicle. I was driving from a few hours away so we were discussing when would be a good time for me to come in. The car had been on the lot for several months so I was encouraged that it could wait until the weekend. I was told that they would call me should anyone express interest in it and I could pay a nonrefunable holding fee to ensure that it would still be available on Saturday. As I arrived to the dealer on Saturday, I found an older couple discussing purchasing the vehicle with the salesman. I was not notified that someone else was interested in it. The salesman clarified my offer and told me to wait outside with the car. About 30 minutes later I was then told by the manager that the older couple was there first and was going to purchase the car and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. I'm almost positive that I was used as leverage to seal the deal on someone else purchasing the car. I wasted a whole day of driving just to be used as bait. I can't believe they would treat their customers this way. I will never recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.
...Emphasis on the part that stated that I was told that I would be called should anyone express interest in it and I could then pay a nonrefunable holding fee to ensure that it would still be available

This is our second Porsche purchase through Jon Phillips. I can only describe my experience as that of a child, running down the stairs on Christmas morning and spotting that bike I frothed over all year......as I opened the door to my new Macan and sat in the drivers seat for the first time, my heart hurt with extreme joy-that same feeling I felt as a child on Christmas! Jon not only had the perfect car ready for me, but he also was as happy for me, as I was for myself. Everyone, and I literally mean the entire staff at Euroclassics, are extremely professional, but also excited for each Porsche client. Jon has always been prompt in returning phone calls, texts and emails. No question too small or insignificant! My husband has started his wish list for our next Porsche, which we will purchase through Euroclassics. A big Thank You to everyone at Euroclassics-Christmas came early for us!

I would highly recommend the Service department at EuroClassics. I recently had a PPI performed for a potential buy (996) and the inspection report was extremely thorough which really helped make my decision on the purchase. Ralph was extremely courteous and professional!!

I have purchased a number of cars both new and used over the years and have always enjoyed my experience both in sales and service. I have had 5 Porsche 911s and have had 2 of them while in Richmond and had them serviced at Euroclassics. The service is meticulous and professional, even if they do take their time getting stuff done. They use only Porsche certified parts, so that is more expensive, but when you are on the race track at 150 mph you won't want to rely on that cheap hardware store hose you used to fix your brakes yourself. As to Chris, I have had nothing but the best experience with him over the years and have nothing but great things to say about my experience there.

Dropped off my car and told them exactly what the problem was. In this case a cracked hose going into the brake booster. Only reason I didn't just fix it on my own was the hose was obviously a prebent hose and I figure they'd have it on hand. I call 6 hours later and they tell me it will be $965 to replace a vacuum hose and that it would take 2 days to get the part... I'm sure the profanity filter will not allow me to appropriately express my reaction to this. Picked it up and they charged me $120 to diagnose the problem that I'd initially told them it was. I'll be buying a $5 piece of hose on the way home and will have it fixed in a few minutes. Never going back there.

Great for buying, but not for service. They have a good selection of cars and buying is a pleasant experience. The service department needs some rethinking...I avoid it and bring my car elsewhere.

We drove from Ohio to look at a pre-owned 911 Carrera S Cabriolet. It was well worth the drive! The salesman Jon was very helpful. Many emails were exchanged prior to our trip and he always responded quickly with answers to our questions. We had a good deal negotiated before we got there, but Jon ended up making it an even better deal!! The car is amazing and in exactly the condition the pictures showed it to be (actually looked even better in person). Jon kept telling us we wouldn't be disappointed and he was right! Kari was amazing as well. The purchasing process could not have been easier. And she loves dogs! When we're in the market for our next Porsche, I will certainly give Jon a call.

We have all had good, bad or so-so experiences with new car dealerships. I can honestly say that my first-hand experiences with Euroclassics have all been Excellent!

Most of my dealings is for parts or service. Their prices are fair and their customer service has no equal. One of my Porsches is a classic 911. Euroclassics has two certified mechanics that still work on the old air-cooled 911's. That is a real relief to me!

Stop in and pay Euroclassics a visit; you will not be disappointed.

What a group or pretentious A-holes. Take other recommendation and drive to NVa. Chris (GM) is probably the most unprofessional arrogant cocky little "Daddy's boy syndrome" person I have met. Can't return a phone call after multiple messages both in VM and hand delivered. If I owned this dealership and saw the recent post, I'd take a good hard look at who I had in the drivers seat.

The Service Department has a pretty decent set of guys. Never had an issue with them. All in all, I would go to another dealership even If I have to drive an hour, its worth the trip. EuroClassic Porsche is a small dealership with an EGO of a premier place..

Pathetic.. and as for you Chris... I'd take good hard look, your don't make that much money to act like your all that kid.

The entire car buying experience was exceptional...from the initial visit to the final handoff. Jon Phillip, our salesperson was relaxed yet professional and very knowledgeable about the dealership and our particular car. He was responsive to all questions and made himself available to us to suit our schedule. The actual process of purchase progressed so smoothly due to the efficiency and organization of Keri in the financial department. We are so happy with the car and are so impressed by Euroclassics.

My oil change turned into a 1 week auto body repair due to a tech forgetting to set the brake. At the Dealer... They did have the bumper repainted, but no one (manager?) ever followed up with me, just gave me my keys when it was done and sent me on my way. Maybe I'd expect this from JiffyLube, maybe.. but Porsche should set a higher standard for service.

My recent purchase of a 2020 Porsche Panamera GTS exceeded my expectations with salesman Justin offering superb assistance and excellent demonstration of this Panamera. My experience with Mark as he wrote up the sakes contract was straightforward and understandable. I returned my Panamera to have paint protection added which was handled exceeding my expectations even when I was provided a loaner. Thanks Justin and Euroclassics for a great buying experience. Sidebar: CP, my Panamera's name, is so wonderful to drive and both an eye and ear catcher too!

Had no idea this Porsche dealership was in the area. I stopped by with my younger brother to check out the cars and one of the guys came out and educated us about some of the cars on the lot. Very friendly people and would trust them for future business. My brother got a free T Shirt. Thank you guys.

I just bought a Macan S a few weeks ago and my buying experience was top shelf. My sales guy was prompt, professional, low pressure, and answered all of my questions. I love the car and I'd do it again. Thanks

It is with great pleasure that I write this review of Euroclassics Porsche in Midlothian, VA. I have been searching for a Boxster S or 911 for over a year. Young Choe contacted me about a recent available vehicle with low mileage. Mr Choe is a gentleman who offered to stay after hours to accommodate me coming in to see the vehicle. I found him to be knowledgeable, patient and a no pressure salesman. He followed through on every point and concern. Truly great customer service! The service department inspected and certified the vehicle and made repairs or replaced parts making this essentially a brand new vehicle! I'm very excited to pick up my 2013 Boxster and highly endorse Young and the excellent service managers Brian and Ralph. I will gladly give them all my service for this vehicle. I have had other great experiences visiting this dealership as well and strongly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.
