Went into eton today and bought a couple of really smart burberry shirts!! Service was good and will be shopping there again!! :)

Vile rude staff with no customer service at all. Calm down Eton staff you work in a clothing store not in Buckingham Palace. There is no reason for you to be rude and look down to your potential customers. My partner and I wont be coming back to your over priced store.

I visit the centre of Sheffield (from Barlow) regularly to shop here.

Great range of designer clothing and plenty of brand choice. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Would recommend to anyone.

One of the worst shopping experiences in Sheffield.

On entering the shop, the staff were huddled around the till area.

As I started browsing the rails, two of the assistants appeared, one of them stood at the end of the shop watching me. The other assistant approached the rail I was browsing and was literally two feet away from me as I shopped. I said to her that I found it very intimidating being watched and having my personal space invaded as I shopped and asked to speak to the manager.

I was directed to the manager and explained how I felt to her.
She was not the least bit interested and had a very dismiissive and arrogant attitide , she said the staff were trained that way so they could help customers.

Perhaps the manager should visit John Lewis or even McDonald's to leaarn something about customer service.

Couldnt ask for better service loads of choice and excellent staff

Avoid like the plague, they obviously have no idea how to run a retail business regardless of how many years they have done it in Rotherham, My advice go to Seasons instead or shop online where the prices are better than Eton also.

If you looking for Stone Island or Armani and are having to go to Eton as they are the only stockists in sheffield city centre, try Velvet Mule, Woodhouse clothing, mush menswear or psyche!

Review - updated 17/03/2019. Decided to give this store another try as its been a while and I must say the staff seem to be much improved. Everyone is really helpful and the original snooty people who served me last time were nowhere to be seen. Always great when a shop turns it around!!

I have shopped at ETON Clothing on several occasions and the staff always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. The beautiful bespoke shop always has a great friendly atmosphere and the product range is excellent. ETON is the only place I would go to buy premium clothing and accessories in the Sheffield area - don't pay attention to the bad review.

Visited Eaton at the weekend with my wife and had a welcome surprise. None of the usual elite boutique pushy staff following you around, just help when we wanted it whilst we browsed. The brand range was impressive.........Handbag collection kept my wife occupied. Sure we will end up regulars.

Avoid this store. I seen BME customer been racial assault in this Store by Employee and Employer. Better shop in Medowhall, Leeds, Bicester Village, Manchester and Birmingham.

Couldn t rate this shop enough, service is outstanding and offers personal shopping. It s always a lovely experience and makes us want to go back. One of the best shops in Sheffield.

The staff here are rude and treat you like a shoplifter. As soon as you walk into the shop you are treated as a potential shoplifter and the clothes and the door is guarded. Makes you feel so uneasy, I could buy and sell everyone in that shop what makes it worse is I was in the shop two days prior and purchased. Sa-kis across the road is cheaper and has customer service down to a T, there's no choice where I would go in the future. To the area manager if you are reading this, reach out to me personally and I would be happy to give you pointers on how to treat your customers

Always a really good place to shop, really good lines on offer. Also their sales are always amazing

Racist and rude staff, poor customer service, extremely poor customer service. Garments are also last seasons. Don't spend your money in this shop. Avoid it will ruin your shopping trip.
Go to Meadowhall Hugo Boss or even Tucci you'll be treated like a king and also the garments are from the new season.

Me and my Mum have been shopping here for a few years, and it's one of our favourite shops!

what a shame to shop at ETON Sheffield, terrible and shameful experience, even the manager was appalling with her attitude, they need to hire staff who know how to keep customers instead of losing them with their stubborn and unacceptable behaviour. never ever going back. What a Shame!!!! wouldn't recommend anyone to give them business. I didn't want to give them even one star but it doesn't allow me to post without giving them a rating.

Avoid this shop.
Bad customer service, bought a jacket was told 7 days returns policy. Never mentioned exchange only, took it back for refund as was too small and was then told exchange only, they wouldn't give me a credit note as they didn't do them so as I'm not from the area had to just swap the jacket for a few random items. Poor customer service, also most items I saw they were overpriced to other items on other sites such as circle menswear, zee and co, flannels Etc. Won't be going again.
