The deal is very respectable, the information is given accurately, and the services are very great

Worse place for business ... Waiting time too long always , friendly staff but the system is slow , you always have to go few times to finish small issue. There is always ( sorry come again in few days ) system is not updates , establishment card not updates etc etc . They always have excuses . This is my 3rd visit just to renew my company very simple yearly BUSINESS PLAN.

Good service and timely response to clients requirements.

The working timing for the 4 floor people (business center) is till 3 PM this is the main difficulty in reaching them for any concerns, also they are available only in working days ...so if some one need their support that he must need off from the office or work to catch them.
This this really surprised me.
My suggestion to either increase their timing or to be available at least on Saturday.

I have been working at Etisalat (Less than a year) Wonderful learning platform provided by all levels of staff at the work place
system upgrades take some time but it is always back within a few minutes of outage.

Service is quick, but ask if you're at the right counter

Helpful staff taking under consideration the monopoly status of the company. Needs patience and double check if your message has been passed.

I visited the business centre here. They need more staff to handle these business centre counters. Waiting time is long. Plan 2 to 3 hours of waiting during visits

Big difference between Etisalat Emirates and Etisalat Egypt

Etisalat is very inefficient on disconnections. They make it very difficult for those leaving the country and also capitalize on this financially. They will make you pay full price for the tv and internet equipment upon cancellation regardless of whether you turn it in or not. This does not appear to be very efficient or environmentaly friendly. Think twice before entering into a contract with them.

Very poor service and can't solve problems same time.

With the redesigned customer service setup, this place now offers great service. Wait times are less and support agents are much more helpful

I had a problem with a check and the guy resposible for checks was not helpful at all, he was grumpy and kept answering with vague and not giving me answers on how to solve my problem.
