Instead of informing me that they are consultants to other company they pretended like they are Recruiter from the company. Coordination was good and even skype interview was good. Company who was supposed to recruit was very happy with me but the way the HR consultants forced me to visit the interview was not acceptable at all. Interview place was 9-10 KM away from my place and in peak hours they asks me to visit there in just 10 mins. How? Am I Superman? Apart from this even after knowing that their online tests are suitable for laptop or desktop they asked me to take it on mobile. I don't understand why they was in such hurry.. So at last I was really feeling irritated by them so even after I was interested for the post I didn't faced it just because of your wrong behavior. So please note that not to behave like this to any candidate in future. THANK YOU.

They are very rude. They don't want to help. They just shout on phone and blam. They don't want to understand the situations. They only cares about their job.

Whoever is reading this review keep one thing in your mind. DON'T RELY ON THEM. They told me that I'm finalised for the desired post and than when I tried to call MS. KHUSBOO PATEL she blocked my number on phone. After waiting for more than 10 days when I called her using different number she told me that they've placed someone else rather than me. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO INFORM THAT I'M NOT PLACED, IT BECAME MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP THEM. SUCH A PATHETIC CONSULTANCY IN Ahmedabad.

I know many consulting company but experience with Ethos was tremendous. Excellent handholding by their recruiters during entire recruitment process. as a candidate, i would advise everyone to register at Ethos

Such a shame on you inHR Management , i never met before these type of staff , please if you don t have experience why you stand up there?? You don t have thinking power then why you open ethos company and made title with ETHOS HR & MANAGEMENT LIKE MANPOWER ??? Why??? please if you don t want to listen our situations why you give us fake times and all, give us proper ways to solution it. Who say both side ESIC cut??? Please god promise never go ethos bodakdev please enough to say . Guys if you have skill you can get job but please don t go ethos at bodakdev. Or any branch of ethos like these people.

For fresher this organisation is very good as here the training is given very well and work environment is also too good.

I went for interview very rude Manager. According to them any peon or security guard can do H.R work. Totally illogical things were discussed here. Wasted my 2 hrs wont recommend anyone. No sense what to talk and what not to talk. According to that manager he thinks he is the only intelligent person all others are fool. According to him gujarati's dont know how to do business and Ambani is not gujju. I met the most dumbest person ever I guess in this interview. Dont want to teach but very good at insulting candidates. I dnt even want to give 1 star.
