THE WORST. SEVERAL CARS WITH THEM AND HAVE NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY FROM THE UNUSED GAP, NOR EXTENDED WARRANTY NOT USED. FINANCE EMPLOYEES LIE AND CHANGE THE STORY EVERY DAY. THEY ARE PERFECT IRRESPONSIBLE, LIAR, CHEATERS. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR AGAIN IN THAT PLACE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE BECAUSE WHEN YOU FIND OUT, YOU WILL SEE THAT SOMETHING YOU WERE DECEIVED

My experience with Ethos was fantastic today. Skip (in claims) helped me add an extra maintenance appointment to my vehicle s contract since COVID-19 had made it challenging to keep to the regular schedule here in Portland. He was engaging and professional. Props to Skip and to Ethos Group for being flexible and accommodating during these times

*UPDATE: Please you all have my VIN and have done absolutely nothing to help me. I would have been better off investing my own 2000 dollars and getting a return on my investment from 5 years ago.* If there were a way to give this company 0 stars it would be more deserving. I had a contract with them nearly 5 years. Now, when I need to have my claim processed...here I am on the merry go round. I have received conflicting information which further delayed my claim. I provided all documentation required as I was told verbally, written via email and letter. I mailed a copy and emailed everything requested. Here it is almost a month later and I was told I was missing item 3 on the list turns out it is there. Now they add some additional paperwork they need for review. Please save yourself the time and aggravation. When you need them to follow through they will not. Such a shame these people make money at the expense of innocent people's lives. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME. Absolutely dreadful!!!!

This is the first time that I've bought GAP insurance , it will be the last I buy it from Ethos. You pay them and when your daughter totals her car, they make you jump through hoops for them to pay. They don't lift a finger. I have to call the bank and my insurance company to get the 11 statements required for payoff. It would be so much easier for them to call the bank and the insurance company to get the required statements. They know what they need . This has been an absolute joke.

Amazing! I learned so much, and there s a lot to learn. Amazing company! Amazing facility! Amazing trainers and staff! It s supportive and encouraging, with emphasis on being ethical. Let me warn you...if you are thinking this will be a get-way drunk fun fest, don t bother. This training is educational, informative, sometimes entertaining, and a lot of hard work AGAIN the trainers are amazing! Every GM, owner, or finance director should be sending their employee s to this training. Sales, service and F&I invest in this, you won t regret it!

Ethos does not knows what there are doing! I was told by Ethos that the dealer would cut the checks because the policy was 31 days old. Then Ethos says they will cut one of the two checks. Then I was told check would be cut that day and 11 days later, nothing. They blame the dealer the dealer blames them and I get paying interest for a vehicle that is a tuna can.
