WORST INTERNET COMPANY OUT THERE!

The whole subdivision was limited to 6mbps! Over 20 houses with no signal issues was all limited to 6. We called and called and they never did anything. Now to remove the service they tried to charge us. If i had to choose between dial up and going back to ethoplex, ID CHOOSE DIAL UP!

Update (Dec 14): Since my last update, all planned upgrades are in place and i must say, the service is back to being stable and solid. Kudos to the team for righting the ship. Also, high praise to their customer service for follow-up. I'd strongly suggest that in the future, the Ethoplex team provide customers timely updates and status when issues pop-up, instead of waiting for the backlash.
Update (Oct 24): So much for the upgrade. Service was working for a week with no downtime and now its back to dropping out for long periods of time. Losing patience with the Ethoplex team.

When Ethoplex/Signal first came on the scene, their service was great. The last few months, not so much. I get that the pandemic might be playing a role in the service dropping in and out, but their focus seems to be on expanding their footprint and ignoring the poor quality service for existing customers. If this keeps up it will only be a matter of time before they start losing customers. Ethoplex, please prove me wrong.

Customer service has been great. They tried 3 different times over the last 18 months to deliver service to us, but we were just too far out in the country. They never charged anything for the attempts, and their customer serve kept in touch with us over the months with news about progress being made. Their recent tower upgrade put us within reach, and we now have 24 X 4 internet service. We are very happy!.

We have had internet service through ethoplex for about a year now and it has been nothing but great so far.

After many years of struggling with poor rural internet service, I received a flyer from Signal Internet. I sent my contact info and within 3 days, 2 over the weekend, I was up and running with real stable high quality, high speed internet service with no dropouts to date.
The pricing is honest, the service unbeatable and the folks at Ethoplex and Signal I hold in my highest regard!

Installation team was great to work with both inside and outside our home. Internet speeds as described. Our address gives us very limited internet options...so glad these guys recently became an option.

Their service department is very responsive and willing to help with any questions that I may have. The connection speed is much faster than our last service that we had.
