I loved this place, temple of fashion. It has become a Chinese enclave in the heart of Paris, where the sellers are and speak Chinese. Please note: I only have respect and friendship for our Chinese friends. It's just that the typically Parisian soul of the place has evaporated. Economic realism surely.

One of the most beautiful galleries in Paris, if you arrived in Paris it is worth visiting this place, despite being a shopping mall the architecture is impressive.

The perfection of this department store is impressive! At the expense, however, of a little spontaneity, of human warmth. Obsequiousness is sometimes disturbing. It is clearly a store for tourists, you hear English spoken at every corner of the counter and Asian languages are omnipresent!

Crowded during the festive period, therefore difficult to find a seller and move around. Easy access by metro or rer. Various luxury brands available or nearby.

Roof top bar is a great place to catch a cafe along with a great view of Paris.

Very crowded, very important brands, with dizzying prices, young and incompetent staff. We stopped for a coffee and a cappuccino, 9 euros ..... excessive !!! On the top floor there is a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The terrace is very trendy, it is worth visiting ....

Lots of shops. It is worth taking a tour ... during Christmas it is enriched with decorations with a tree that takes 5 floors. You can find everything. Prices are average based on stores. Obviously signatures have a high price. What can I say is worth spending a few hours to see all the news. Excellent view of Paris from the panoramic roof ..

Marvellous place but prices are high even on discounts.

Went Christmas Eve very quiet compared to the previous week. Lots of amazing shopping to be had. Gorgeous Christmas tree! Staff are great directions are easy to follow. Would recommend it's a staple thing to do in Paris

A must try the terrace on the 7th floor where we have a breathtaking view of our wonderful capital.
In addition, a welcoming, smiling and competent staff
But hey, not all brands are suitable for all budgets ...

Lots of luxury items, frankly often pretentious. Place for high finances

Aside from being a large shopping center, the building is majestic

It is absolutely necessary to climb onto the roof top. And admire the dome on the 3rd floor. Grand!

Full of designer everything. Not cheap but a wonderful experience.

Yes, very crowded, so many people here from all around the world.

The interior ceiling, Disney store, souvenirs (which are expensive but still different from the street signs), and the observation deck alone are a satisfying space.

- No, you don't want a shamefully tiny dish with no interest for 20
- No, you don't want your glass of wine at the end of your lunch.
- No, you don't want to ask for bread and get it after 20
- No, you don't want 6 different servers during your lunch
- No, you don't want us to throw the dishes at you on the table
- No, you don't want a waiter who offers to smash your cigarette in the plants.
- No, you don't want the waiter to think he's a buddy with you ...
It is time to no longer endorse these places with unprofessional display and exorbitant prices.

a verry nice painted cupola over a luxury store, not such a biggy, especially that you are waiting in a queue to take some 2-5 min of pictures and see the people down bellow. Depending on the queue I assume you can stay less or longer, so not such a big thing...

The prices are not significantly cheaper then the RRP. But the selection itself is amazing.

It is worth entering if only to admire the architecture of the building. Beautiful! Several stores of the most famous brands. Some good prices, others not so much. It will depend on the layout of your pocket. Negative point for the self service restaurant ... expensive and the food was very weak. The gourmet shop and wine cellar is fantastic. It is worth spending there ...

What can I say? The world of haute couture, serving many famous brands and some not so famous, all under one roof and giving multitudes of choice to shoppers, in sharp contrast to the European practice of limited options from a single designer. If you have a powerful of dollars to spend, spend your day here. Nothing special for me as I am used to department stores in every corner in Dubai.

Very upset with Louis Vuitton receptionists. They refuse entry to their shop at 19h00...why??? Since the Galleries closes at 20h00, they could have made more sales!! I shall NOT return to the galleries.

Nice place to buy or eat something and at the same time have a nice view of the opera.

Good friendly service, Fresh & Tasty Greek Food. I will keep coming back.
