The reason for the visit was an annual general meeting. The organization was outstanding. The buffet in the connection was excellent. Fast refilling, stress-tested, friendly staff. Quality of the food was optimal. From my side, no negative review, run optimally.
Totally overpriced and overhyped. Modern equipment, but food on the canteen level. There is practically no view. Windows cannot be opened.

Good transport connection. Huge hall, where one has the feeling of being outdoors, several independent restaurants. The bar is not so cozy, the bartenders, maybe because of the rush, not very friendly. Upon request, I learned that there is still a smoker bar without bartender. Many events with hundreds of participants, all living in the hotel. If you want to do something outside of the hotel, you have to take driving time into account. Most of the guests come to their event and then leave. The many events like "Stars in Concert" are welcome.
Already over 10 years we have a corporate event over the whole day. There are also about 2,000 participants. It is always impressive how the event, the catering and the evening party are organized in the Estrel. That leaves nothing to be desired.
The room in the hotel was very good, as was the breakfast! We also ate very well at Portofino and the show was outstanding!

I am really happy to attend the convetion at hotel premises. Quality of service is very good, drinks and food is also very tasty.
The breakfast buffet is very varied and also very delicious. The sauna and wellness area (dry and steam sauna) is also very nice and you can relax there well. There are restaurants in the hotel itself, so eating out is not essential, but there are also many places nearby. The beer garden and the beach are pretty and in the evening there is a campfire that creates a reverent atmosphere. The staff read every wish from the lips and you are generally very flexible for extra requests. In the evening there is live piano music in the lobby for the certain lounge flair. Free and paid Wi-Fi available, but the free Wi-Fi has a reasonable speed, so you will not be forced with intentionally throttled Internet for acceptable speed.
We were in the event, Stars in Concert. Was really great, was a lot of fun. The mood was great and the singers were very good you could see all the stars again, particularly good were Joe Cocker and Whitney Houston. It's worth it to go!

Room and everything else in the hotel was clean. Large selection at the breakfast however with "packet cheese". The beer garden was also ok. For me too many people are in the lobby, there is a constant grunt. Of course, that can not be otherwise regulated at such a big hotel. Great house but not necessarily for me.

Breakfast and room were fine, there was nothing to complain about. With the long drinks (rum cola) I might have expected a little more. The taste wasn't that good. No idea what kind of rum was used there.

Always amazing how in this huge hotel for me always something like "homeliness" comes up. I can not explain ... the rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, the breakfast was excellent. After all, it is the background logistics that seem inconspicuous to me, which always amaze me: how to treat and spoil so many guests courteously and smoothly!

It is a very pretty hotel, especially the reception area but lot of the staff members were not friendly and gave me a lot of attitude. They have parking garage and breakfast but they charge quite a bit.

Guests at the Hotel Estrel Berlin during a fair at the hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious. Service and staff were super relaxed despite two parallel major events. If there were not so many counters next to each other you could be mine in a much smaller hotel. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it for a stay anytime, especially if you visit a fair in the house.

A really nice hotel with amazing housekeeping and quick working reception staff. The only bad thing that bothered me and all my friends was the evening/night staff at the cocktail bar. Very hard to communicate with and they didn't look friendly at all. It took us 15 to 60 minutes to get ONE drink made. It took too long because they worked slow, didn't speak to you while you waved money and tried to make contact and they talked a lot among themselves during their shift.
I had a great time but we wanted to drink and chat every evening and the cocktail bar staff at night just made it less enjoyable. People are even thinking of bringing their own drinks for the next convention so it might be something you want to fix asap.
Superb hotel! Only a pity that it is a bit away from the center.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are big. The bathroom I feel as something too small. The price is justified. The breakfast is rich and leaves nothing to be desired. The service is friendly, quick and competent. Very well I found the musical that was played there. The parking situation is also great and met my expectations.

I stayed here for 3 nights I was impressed by the friendliness of the front desk by the attention of each customer and by the helpfulness especially for my person a huge bus parking lot also the breakfast impeccable a huge selection I did not know that there was so much and I am already a lot on the road and sleep in many hotels really the Estrel in Berlin a real delight recommended
