Absolute garbage company. Took a job for them several weeks ago at a cut-rate price due to hours involved (quantity over quality). Have been trying to contact them for over two weeks via phone, platform messaging, and email, all with no response. Nobody even bothers answering the phone and no way to leave a message. Avoid working for Essintial like the plague. I've been doing IT field service engineer work for 15 years and this is without a doubt the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of accepting a ticket from. In 15 years I've only left one, yes- literally ONE bad review for a company, and Essintial is it. Borderline scam.

BEWARE! This is one of the worst companies I've ever done work for. They don't want to pay fair prices then you have to argue with them to get work orders approved. They prey on the people with the least experience to get the cheapest rates they can. Problem with doing things this way is you get what you pay for. Companies they supply labor will end up with the least experienced people doing the work. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company as possible.

Very unethical company. They have a serious issue because parts they send out are mostly DOA. They tell you you can make your own route but then take tickets away from.you without notice so you have to follow.thier route they want you to do. They expect you to work at home for free telling you have have to to this and that but won't pay you for it. A scam of a company STAY AWAY. Just as bad a Barrister.

Started my career at Essintial Enterprise Solutions this week, and I must say, I am very impressed with their office.
From an employee standpoint, training has been very intensed from learning all the software lingo and the logistics.

Although the job itself is quite intensed, the atmosphere is laid back, and coworkers are very helpful and friendly.

From my personal experience, I am very blessed to have found a career that works with my schedule and is not as physically demanding as my former job.

As far as the nature of the job, the office is divided up in different areas. We are responsible for setting up clients with technicians all over the United States and Canada.

If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding career in a laid back atmosphere...this is it!

Interviewer was 10 ten minutes late felt like my interview was an after thought to quick

Put an unqualified lead on job. Lead called to tattle because I was trying to motivate him to work. EES called my phone and left a nasty message (still have it!) about 'rushing the lead'. The two hour assignment took 13.25 hours, they approved additional time. Payment is still 'pending' at 29 days. Will not respond to messages, posts, phone calls, emails. Have contacted WM and requested an escalation, which they have done. I will also leave a bad review and our office will not be working with them in the future.

My husband worked there for years. My health took a bad turn and because my husband had to make medical decisions for me at the hospital, they cut his pay. Someone named Craig kept asking my husband what was wrong with me and told him not to file fmla. Craig didn't say that he hoped I would feel better, instead he would ask how long I would be sick. Very uncaring and unprofessional. I can only hope someone who has a heart and a level head takes over.

They're a joke. Interviewing with them is an experience that is sketchy at best. Even if you are "hired", you may never get a start date. Avoid Peter D and Adam their word means nothing.

They setup a quote $156 hourly pay with a spend limit of $25. Work was performed. Because I was on-site. I completed the job. And still waiting on pay from one month ago. Please do not contract with this provider. Technicians beware.

They have several openings for jobs. Each of them is barely above minimum wage, is part time, requires absurd qualifications like a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience.... McDonalds literally starts higher than these people are trying to start their IT techs. Do NOT work with these people. They will crash and burn under this structure, and you do not want to burn with them.
