We are a very small business making bath bombs, bath salts etc. I happened across Essentially Natural via online search, and decided to have a peek. I saw the pricing and decided to purchase a few products from them, and boy was I stunned!! We are kind of conditioned by the fact that these days we receive bad products and bad service just about everywhere we go, right? Not in this case! What a pleasant experience!! The products are priced so small businesses like us can afford to purchase more. The quality of EVERYTHING I received was absolutely great. Their website offers "How to use" and "Warning" instructions on every product, as well as Recipes and Inspirational Ideas and a whole bunch of other helpful things, even the Certificate of Analysis for products (on request)! The ordering and payment process is as smooth as warm syrup. And it gets better.... The service, during AND after purchase is absolutely amazing! They stay in touch every step of the way, they use a reliable courier service, and even after the product was delivered, I received an email to ask for review of these products! So basically they are dedicated enough to find out if their product worked for you!!! If you are unhappy with anything you bought here, chances are you didn't read and ask before you purchased, because they have all the information online and on request readily available! These guys are selling fake products and then when caught out they would only refund less a "handling fee". Be careful. Their house brand is fake.

I chose, add to cart and paid, two days later got exactly what I ordered. I got soy melts and I found the full range of smells on this site and the price is a lot lower than other online shops

Super happy with the fast service. Placed my order last night and just received my delivery. Took 18 hours from order to delivery. Very impressed

Vicky has no customer skills. Placed a Back Order as per her instruction on our telephone conversation as they were out of stock - she got irritated when I asked for clarity on the procedure and payment and cut our call short. I receive an Invoice for my Back Order but no indication of when the stock will arrive but demands payment or my order will be cancelled. When I queried this Vicky outright cancelled my order without responding to my question and advising when the stock was expected to arrive. I am in Sales Rep and if I handled my clients in this manner, I would have been unemployed a long time ago. Left a very sour taste in my mouth and will never shop on this site ever again!!

When you sell small quantities of your product you HAVE TO BE PREPARED to sell them, deliver them and be able to deal with normal people, not multinational companies (this is inlcuded the CUSTOMER CARE, SERVICE and COMUNICATION). THIS is something this business HAS still to LEARN...
After i call them and ask if they have the prodcut this lady answer and tell me she has the product in stock and that she can sell the quanitty that i am looking for. so i say, can i go to collect as i cannot wait for delivery, she says is ok, place the order online, register in the website and you can come and collect. I say PERFECT!! but they dont have the option of collection on the website so, she weill need to OVERWRITE the system and send me a new link where i will be able to do it for collection.so when i try to pay, eventually i come to pay and they ask me for the delivery, so i speak to her on whatassp and with attitude she says: as i told you ealier i have to send you a specail link (already with attitude there, but i leave it...) So i wait... and wait... 45 min later and still nothing, so i go driving all the way to the warehouse (by warehouse i mean a house in Bellville). Once i arrive there i say, ok... so i am still waiting for the link and she says... i sent you link... and i say the link is the same one that the first time i tried 45 min ago. So now i am outside your house, i want to pay and collect. she sasy you must pay online, and i say, perfect... SEND ME THE LINK!!!! and after 3 more tries she tell me to do an eft. So now i am sitting outside the house for more than 20min, my question to her is that once i pay when can i have the product, and ask her to come out so she can understand that the link is not working and that all i want is to pay the product and go.
Here is when this men with even more attitude come out and ask if i place and order. I say yes! then he says that it will take 1 to 2 days for delivery... then i say... but is spoke to her 1h ago and she is ok. and the only thing missing is the payment but BECAUSE OF HER NOT BEEING ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH THE LINK I WANST ABLE TO PAY. so i am doing an EFT now so i can collect. And he says, it doesnt work like that... with A LOT OF ATTITUDE..... then i ask from the moment i pay how long you think that i hve to wait for the product to be ready. He says 1 or 2 days... and he walks away...
YEAHHHH.... he walks away.. That is profesionalism!! what a bunch of arrogant people!!! Arrogant all the way... the system they have is stupid! and the owner need to know that this very british soeaking accent lady and this 50s year old man need to learn manners and more important CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!
If you dont care about the small guy, how you will ever care about the big ones... and more important... the small guy will grow... and one day become big, and because of terrible customer care you loose a potential big customer!!
NEVER IN LIFE I WILLL GO BACK THERE AND I EMPLOY EVERYONE NOT TO SUPPORT BUSINESS THAT ARE ARROGANT AND DONT CARE ABOUT SMALL CLIENTS.
