I was in need of a home espresso upgrade and wanted a Rocket machine. Espressotec is the authorized dealer in the lower mainland (Vancouver and surrounding area) so after a quick inquiry online, Seamus called me back. We chatted over the phone for about 30 minutes and he was super friendly and helpful putting a package together for me. When I went to pick it up the next day, I was introduced to Malcolm the Showroom Manager. Yet another really friendly and knowledgeable person who was more than happy to show me around and talk about coffee. He gave me a demo on how to operate my new machine and helped load the equipment into my vehicle. I didn t realize how heavy it was (> 70 lbs!) until I got home.

Great resource for everything espresso. I buy a couple bags of beans every time I go in. And I just picked up a new grinder. It's elevating my shots and I'm drinking a lot more coffee. Thanks for the walk through on this one.
I just received my Eureka Atom 65 grinder and I couldn't be happier. I've been making espresso at home for five years and it was time to upgrade my first grinder. The price was the lowest I found in Canada and they made the experience of ordering easy. This grinder is a beast and the hopper that came with the it is larger than I was expecting so it doesn't fit under my cabinets. Malcom was very helpful and he communicated with me through email, promptly solving my issue. I highly recommend Espressotec and will be ordering from them again for future upgrades to my home setup.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable about espresso and the products they carry. I've asked dozens of questions and every one of them has been answered in a timely manner with a thorough answer. Prices are the same or cheaper than any of their competitors. Espressotec is great!
